it's cuz he decides to stand in a weird spot you probably won't walk into cuz you probably already grabbed the firebombs

Don't think so. Every time I tried it never works. I HEARD that using the skipintro command in DSFix is what causes it, but I never actually tested it myself.

Plus, if you're like me, you use speedrun strats to bypass a room full of ghosts and shoot him from the stairs.

If you wanna be boring.
Iaito for life.
PvP has conditioned me to hate katanas with a passion.
Filthy dexfags. Strength is the real shit, where my large club comrades at?

Probably getting backstabbed.

For sure, in fact I used it so much in DS1 and 2 that I had to force myself to use other weapons. It's so well rounded
Gotta' love the butthurt crybabies that disconnect during a duel.

I had an invader disconnect from me in Demons' Souls once.
Motherfucker must've had one hand ready and waiting the whole time because he had barely seen me for three seconds after we spent 8 minutes trying to find each other in the miserable labyrinth that is the Valley of Defilement when I scored a backstab the second he popped around a corner, then poof, he was gone.
Pretty sure I shared this story before, but one time at the Iron Keep bridge I got invaded. I saw something come up the little stairscase where they spawn from and hide behind a pillar. After a few seconds, out popped a vase.
He would've combo'd me good if I hadn't composed myself from laughing so hard.
Best boss for grinding sunbro covenant levels?

Probably the Ruin Sentinels because nobody likes to solo them. Assuming you've gotten to Drangleic Castle, throwing down your sign at the King's Gate is pretty much a guarantee for either the Dragonriders or Sweet Watcher&Hella Defender.

No, just got to the iron keep. Speaking of sun bros, 3 summons for the covetous demon, lol:

That's also a really good one. If you can get the Agape Ring, you probably should. That way you can stay at that level and just keep your sign down there. I did that once and got 16 medals from that boss alone.
Piss easy way to farm for them, the boss is a joke anyway but with more people it's the epitome of trivial.

You'd be amazed at the number of hosts I've had that stand a little too close and get eaten, or who knock down all the pot hollows and get staggered by one at just the wrong moment. That never used to happen before Scholar.
Not that that's a bad thing. I love watching people who clearly haven't played the game before. It makes me remember a time when I didn't know the horrors in store for me :v:
Is it just me or do all have great soul bosses in scholar new moves?
Old Iron king did a WotG roar type of attack
Lost sinner just parried me and stabbed me into the concrete.

Welcome to the arena, folks. Where all you'll find are crybabies who disconnect to prevent losing their ranks, and hackers who one-shot toxic kill you with one punch.

Some people just really like their Demons in ribbons.

Lost Sinner could always parry, don't know about that roar though.

He usually does the roar when you're too close since his AoE is very limited and small in comparison to Smelter Demon.

That explains why I've never seen it then, I don't usually hug him too much.
ah, memories of getting summoned to help with smelter demon only for them to instantly die from the AOE attack.
