that can't be good.
Yeah, they have made it clear that clothing and customizable characters are in but seem to hate showing it off
perhaps they're afraid of how fast fashionborne will take off?

They probably know how much people like to play dress up and choose not to show a bunch of fashion off. Although, it does make me kind of worried that we won't be getting a lot to choose from. I certainly hope they don't take the Demon's Souls route and restrict armors to gender and have a very limited selection to choose from.
all i wanna know concerning appearances is if there is some hair physics in the game
it was just really weird to have long flowing locks or the skrillex dreadlocks that would clearly have motion to them, but don't.

I don't get it. Someone explain.

Curved swords have an instant parry window, meaning as soon as you hit parry it takes effect, everything else has a delay. This has been patched out, and accidentally patched back in, at least 4 times now.

meaning you can parry dark souls 1 style: hit the parry button as soon as the weapon's tip is about to hit you
I think it would be really cool if there was a Souls game that had different races to choose from.
what would i kill to be whatever the fuck kind of human vendrick/ornstein/anybody of importance was to make them grow to large sizes for some reason when they gain soul power™

What if everyone left was just really tiny
We've been accidentally applying our gained soul power into arbitrary stats, when the whole time we were supposed to be putting them into smoothies and drinking them, which would have made us grow bigger.
It's good that the devs aren't showing off much clothing options. Leaves more excitement for that virgin play through.

A video that my friend, BunnyMan just made. He narrates (with an awesome voice) a few duels that I had against a few other players.
So I created a new character because I wanted to try playing 40/40 with the Sun Sword. Got to the poison area fast, came back to the Bastille, I ended up putting my summon sign outside the lost sinner fight and farming it for medallions. I never realized what a shitty boss it is. Fought the boss 20 times and never had a single player death in any of those fights. On the plus though, all that farming also gave me a few hundred thousand souls so I could get instant 40/40.

Are you sure that's back? Cuz I swear I tried that earlier today out of shits and giggles and never actually landed a parry with that scimitar.
[sp]Then again I suck Gwyndolin's balls when it comes to parrying with scimitars, I CAN'T FUCKING DO IT[/sp]
Don't worry, they just made curved swords' parries back to being better than before (from bad to average).
And then this asshole shows up.

She was too good and edgy to beat her
Hey, does anyone know how to make myself human when being summoned in Dark Souls 1? I know I gotta use the cheat table and then fuck around with the 'Force Invasion Type' thing, but thus far we've had no luck in me being summoned as a human.
Doing co-op with a buddy and I'd like to have our estus work on a per-player basis because co-op healing with estus is wonky.
or you could learn a healing miracle
or you could learn a healing miracle
yeah I have several. The problem is that I'm not getting healed by co-op Estus at all, and neither is he. Which is not good. 5-10 heals for an entire level when we're getting invaded can be needlessly difficult.

Isn't that exactly what Estus is though? :v:
Today I got invaded by Havel the Rock for the first time.
He lagstabbed me and shrugged, was fun though
[editline]21st February 2015[/editline]
he invaded me again but fell off a ledge and I got 40k souls

In the character customization video for Bloodborne, there was hair physics that was shown.
imagine if dark souls was an mmorpg
where every single player constantly has PVP mode on regardless of level
it would've been a laggy mmorpg

I'd rather not have to grind quests to unlock certain items oh wait we already have that

Why is it every time there's a good game people start saying "Imagine if this was a MMO"? If it was a MMO it would be a completely different game.
Accidentally fucked up my forest covenant because I attacked the fat bandit near Shiva
at least I got the cool shield and the wood grain ring
