Dark Souls 3: Booty Unleashed
Dark Souls 3: Souls Eater.
Fume knight still the coolest
Fume Knight's a bitch and I hated every second fighting him.
He didn't even have a cool theme, like Sir Alonne or Burnt Ivory King.

The boss fight against Senator Gywn was so hype, Sunpraiser was a bit of a let down honestly but Jetstream Smough made up for it.

I know dude but picking up and throwing a Metal Gear Golem was so cool.
Chester sure did love going on about memes though.

Now I cannot get a "nice memes!" in the voice of chester out of my head
Hey me and another FPer are reminiscing about DkS2, did they nerf black magic ever or keep it the same? Cannot remember the the life of me, I just remember at some point it stopped being a problem.

One notable change is this:
Weapon "old chaos of the blade," "black iron sword" counter at the time of the attack force is adjusted upward
Chaos Blade and Blacksteel Katana get a higher counter value.
DaS2 is infamous for getting patch notes so I would not look too much into them, even the officially translated notes are inaccurate (for example: nerfing miracles when they said they would increase the damage).
I would wait until the patch is out before throwing tantrums. Release date is the 1st April (Japan doesn't celebrate April Fool's day)
I sure hope they're gonna fix my multiplayer problem this time.
I need to set up a stupid/silly/different challenge run for myself, as I'm going to do a steam of some Dark Souls run later this week. I need a class that can immediately start using a thrusting weapon (like the estoc or winged spear). A few more suggestions would be nice too. Nothing too restrictive mind you, I don't want to spend months on this.
Tentatively named the Thrust Master 80 challenge.
Current requirements:
Must use thrusting weapons, as soon as available, and can only use weapons that are thrust or do thrust damage (which includes bows)
SL 80 cap.
Humanist: Be human as often as possible, must kindle every bonfire if humanity is available. Spend soft humanity as often as possible (on covenants, bonfires, reversing hollowing).
Autopilot off: No NPC summons allowed.
Too precious: Cannot heal with humanity items. May only use Humanity to kindle, reverse hollowing, and give to NPC.
Obsessive toucher: Check every message walked over (at least once)
Don't worry, I've got this: May only summon for boss fights, and only one phantom (unless a multiboss, then two are allowed). Act with reckless disregard and don't try to save the phantoms from death.
Branching choices.
Strength: Too big to fail: If going with a strength build, must wear heavy armor. Fast rolling is forbidden, must use a large shield (Great shield or just a heavy shield) large weapons only.
Dexterity: Don't hit me, I'm frail: Light armor only, item weight cannot go beyond 10. Must fast roll at all times.
Magic choices:
Magic is for nerds: No magic at all.
Help, my hand is on fire: Allowed to use pyromancy, but may no longer use a shield.
I have faith in the one armed man: May use miracles, but can no longer two hand.
Absolute nerd: Can use sorcery, but may no longer two hand or use a shield.
If you're going for the winged spear the warrior only has to level up dex twice to be able to use it one handed.
The thief can use it immediately, but needs to two hand it.
Estoc can be used immediately by most classes though.

This sounds like my average playstyle
If I was a bit less lazy I'd do a Miami run of Dark Souls 2 by replacing all the boss music with Hotline Miami 1 and 2 music. Vengar's helm mandatory, not a single point in vigor, no summons allowed.

What new items are added in SotFS besides the Forlorn stuff?
Anyone playing SotFS know if it totally ruins the game or not with enemy placement? Right now buying the dlc would cost as much as just upgrading to SotFS, so if the new enemy placement is fine I might as well get a graphical upgrade as well.

im gonna need a screenshot with a red circle cause i dont see the prank (though im pretty distracted atm)
SotFS item spoilers: There are some really odd item replacements now. [sp]You get the dull ember so much earlier. It's right next to the bonfire in Lost Bastille after you beat the Pursuer.[/sp]

The prank is the price.

From the streams I've watched so far, this only seems worth it if you don't have the dlc. Getting the dlc for the dx9 version is $25 and upgrading to SotFS is $30. The new lighting in the darker areas is a lot like the beta footage, but aside from that it looks very similar. The enemy placement isn't even that different. It's mostly just an archer off to the side or just a few guys added to a previously empty area.

[sp]Except there's Pursuers everywhere now for some reason.[/sp]
to be honest £12 is not that bad but i'm still completely bewildered by this release. like i'm not even particularly annoyed i'm just really confused by some of the decisions made
