do you only get one shot at the additional pursuer fights?
do you only get one shot at the additional pursuer fights?
nope, they respawn til they die
[t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/535142033115129649/F4ED7FFBA8FC873C9C6AF97F45CA875087EC6EF8/[/t] I'm gonna' have to start wearing sunglasses for this game.
So what's the general consensus on Scholar of the First Sin? The only thing I've heard about it so far is that it has some really annoying bugs and randomly assorted issues
[t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/535142033115129649/F4ED7FFBA8FC873C9C6AF97F45CA875087EC6EF8/[/t] I'm gonna' have to start wearing sunglasses for this game.
Are you sure there's nothing wrong with your game? :v: I haven't played the new version myself but it doesn't look right even for b team.
Are you sure there's nothing wrong with your game? :v: I haven't played the new version myself but it doesn't look right even for b team.
Another friend of mine says it looks exactly the same to him. Unless the game just doesn't like Nvidia cards or something. In some places the game looks pretty nice, but most places just look awful.

The water also seemed more apparent but I'd have to double-check to be sure about that. But the bloom game is indeed ridiculous, that's not a glitch.
did they seriously just make everything brighter and that's it? And move enemies around. how is this considered an upgrade at all? (Nid's obviously isn't what it actually should look like since he's bugging out) Most people I've seen complained that ds2 was too bright to boot [editline]10th April 2015[/editline] I was thinking about buying it months later but videos I'm seeing just shows more enemies / brighter areas. I haven't really heard anyone say anything else has been majorly improved. I refuse to see how the fuck that is at all worth it, it's like they did the opposite of what people liked

Let's do it one more time. NO. Some moved enemies and more lighting is NOT the only thing they did and this will not change, no matter how often the question gets asked. Also, I've already finished scholar of the first sin but never encountered any of those glowing barrels or invisible water. Sure your hardware and settings are all good to go?

I haven't heard anyone really talk about anything other than those 2 things is all, it's kind of frustrating
[t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/535142033115101532/0CD393900D95658F83FD832C4C0818A08D6DB732/[/t] I can't even see the damn water. Yeah, I'm not seeing that issue with the barrels, although water reflections are kinda funky in places, seems like a bug.
Every other PC game of mine works perfectly fine, so I'm not sure what to tell ya' guys. Like I said, a few friends of mine are reporting the same problems, so it could be a common hardware issue somewhere, like the .exe not boding well with certain nvidia cards or something. Like, is Majula this glaringly bright for anyone else? [t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/535142033115293034/26C8AA14098BF69E0C9D09B194640D509822E4BE/[/t]
Glaringly Bright? More like GROSSLY INCANDESCENT [editline]10th April 2015[/editline] I'll be here all week.

Well the most important change for me (and I figure some people aswell) was that they improved their multiplayer connection. I had that weird bug where I would be stuck in loading screen like 70% of the time someone else summoned me, this is completely gone. This made traversing the rat-covenant areas much better. And yeah, the Netcode has been improved aswell I also didn't fell victim to ridiculous hitboxes as often as I did in the regular DS2, but I don't know if it's just me because I never read something about refined hitboxes. Additionally, as I mentioned a couple of times, to me the enemy movement doesn't seem like just flooding the player with tons of enemies but rather brought a new setup that, just like in Dark Souls 1, would require a more cautious approach, since you can avoid many traps by scanning your environment before rushing into battle. But since you asked a couple of pages back, I watched a review in which they stated that you can actually boost your FPS high above the 60, given your machine can handle it. I don't know how though, as I said I don't understand much about the technic stuff.

yo, is VAC enabled on scholar of the first sin? I fucked up something in my name and I don't wanna start all over again.

Scholar of the First Sin question: Is there any NPC that sells the amber herbs at an unlimited number after beating all bosses? Unfortunately, Ornifex only sold ten, and hasn't switched to an unlimited stock, even though I've cleared every boss in the game. [editline]10th April 2015[/editline] Apparently there isn't. This sucks.
Trying to get sunlight medalions early on, assisting on snake lady. the amount of people who dont drain the poison is scary :/

Try getting summoned for coop in the Ivory King fight by a host who hasn't found ANY of the loyce knights and is in NG+2. To make matters worse they always summon the max number of players, ensuring our weapons do basically no damage.

Done the same with the fume guy, didnt deactivate any of the ashen idols :D [editline]10th April 2015[/editline] executioners charriot bugged out. smashed through the fence but the stampede animation continued. and the damage box kept moving around :/
King's Set and Dark Mask is a thing of beauty, I feel like the Skull Knight.
