Which one?

He probably means the door you usually can access just after beating smelter and going up the stairs to the bonfire after him.
You cannot as far as I remember, I don't think you can even access the bonfire.
One thing I really like about SotFS is you can summon [sp]Masterless Glencour[/sp] in Belfry Luna.
Does [sp]plain jane Glencour[/sp] still invade if you've done that? That'd be kinda awkward.

What? I don't remember him do this.
Or you talking about Vorgel the Sinner?

well i was asking which smelter demon
I like how the dragon actually welcomes you in Scholar of the First Sin.
Felt weird for the Emerald Herald to say that only for every dragon acolyte between the Aerie and the Ancient trying to shank your pasty green ass.

Sounds like nacho cheese, not cool ranch.
Why did they have to put the ghost enemies from the fog area all over shaded woods?
I can't lock on to them, and they dodge every attack I don't miss completely.
For Dark Souls 1
Anyone gotten the mouse fix to work?

[sp]Try Left, Try Dashing Through[/sp]
Does anyone actually know what the hell the icon for Dark Souls actually is?
Does anyone actually know what the hell the icon for Dark Souls actually is?
The darksign?
[sp]Try Left, Try Dashing Through[/sp]
Oh, I meant the part that used to have lion warriors.
The darksign?
Maybe on the bottom right, but I have no idea what the rest of it is supposed to be
oh, guess I should have just googled it

They did such a bad job resizing it
Oh, I meant the part that used to have lion warriors.
Oh shit they changed that part to ghosts? fuck
The good news is, the two lion warriors left drop their gear. The rest are petrified.
Even worse, the camp near Tseldora was taken over by Falconers.

It's a good thing, actually. Falconers are from Volgen, they're hired mercenaries and so it would be weird only seeing them in Thing Betwix plus seeing Maughlin wearing the Tseldora set and telling that is from Volgen itself... it makes it interesting.
Well then, I guess I shall take a break for a few minutes.. :C

Speaking of Tseldora, for the love of god, use the torch. It's a godsent there.

Can't embed and the vid box doesn't work. HALP?
Remove the s in https

Thanks, I forgot that was a thing - been ages since I tried to embed anything on FP.
Doesn't help if you return to edit after it's linked, it seems to break it also
I wished they'd put in all the stuff that was cut from the base game for the remastering. The little emerald herald would've made her whole deal a bit less bland.
Oh hot damn.
Just solo'd Sinh using my duel Grand Lance build. Each L1 attack took a whole damn inch off his health bar. My lances only lost 7 durability each. It took probably half the time my previous fastest round with him went.

Uh. For me it's worling now.
But no problem, I make the same mistake sometimes.

I never knew spiders would try to avoid torchlight, until I kinda tried it out in SotfS because I wanted to actually use it in areas needed this time.

On a more serious note, why even bother fighting the skeletons if they respawn. Kill the necromancer tossing fire at you and that stops the skeletons from respawning.
Also, whenever the skeletons hold their sword across their chest like that, any attack against them is an instant parry.

I guess this one (or Kilgore 2nd, if it was him) didn't know about that fact. Neither did I, but that didn't matter as my first playthrough is usually a Paladin of sorts, so I was using holy weapons that kill skeletons for good.
Try ressurecting your folks now, filthy necromancer scum.
Something else to note for people that I don't remember being the case in DS2 (although it very well could have been) is that in the ghost infested fog of the shaded woods, if you smack the creepy-ass face trees and make them wail it will attract the ghosts. They will start smacking the trees too, fascinated with why this weird tree is yelling at them. Then you can backstab the ghosts without them noticing you.
My most rated message is actually in front of one of the trees and says "Try attacking, therefore luring it out." I seriously had no idea you could do that, I swore in the original DS2 when you hit them they would just be all WoooOOOoo and then nothing else would happen.

I didn't know that aswell, but it's certainly good to know. Thanks for that tip
Holy christ, the Falconers at the Tseldora basecamp bonfire are bugged as fuck. Not only are their walking animations so broken it's funny, but attacking from behind during their parry stances will STILL crit, regardless of where you're positioned. I instantly get teleported to their front side to get countered despite attacking their backside. Come ON, From.

so push them out of the stance, jeez

Push? You mean guard break? Yeah, if I don't accidentally attack first. :v:
