All that implies is that [sp]what was left of the bodies after they were put in the coffins may have disappeared since their souls got released. No one mentions or even says anything about the other six humans back and alive or walking around, and the credits and ending of True Pacifist don't even imply they were revived.[/sp]

[sp]I assume that it is because he needs 7 human souls in order to keep being Asriel. I mean, if that weren't the case, then why didn't he choose to become Asriel when he had just 6?

I assumed [sp]he wouldn't need all the souls to sustain regular Asriel form after tansforming as he was able to be Asriel for a small while after returning the souls, [/sp]and that [sp]he didn't use the six souls to change back during the Flowey battle because of the "Kill or be killed" mindset he had when he was soulless, wanting to use his power to kill with no opposition instead of resetting everyone's lives.[/sp]

Month later........
It's kind of interesting how we see three sides of [sp]Asriel[/sp], the unhappy, suicidal nature in his [sp]Flowey[/sp] form, his destructive hate for all things living in his [sp]God Flowey/Perfect Asriel[/sp] form, and his loving, caring, cute-as-a-fucking-button neutral form. He was so sick of life after exploring all avenues of the world [sp]through constant resetting[/sp], he was pretty welcome to the idea of both destroying everything and throwing themselves into [sp]Frisk's [/sp]blade just to end it all. A twisted duality of his broken psyche that operated between two extremes until balance was brought out. It makes me kind of happy that now [sp]Flowey/Asriel [/sp]no longer has [sp]the power to reset [/sp]and can go outside, he won't grow incredibly insane from the same shit day in and out. Hell, in the [sp]Pacifist ending[/sp], you even see [sp]Flowey[/sp] show a bit of emotion, the kind he had desired for so long, instead of having to force a smile on his face to fake it like in his psychotic highs.
Just an opinion though.

I think the only puzzle I had an issue with at first was the one with the switches and steam vents in Hotland. Even then, it only took me a few minutes to figure it out.
The only thing in the game that's of any difficulty to me is dodging, because I've never played any bullet hell games. And even then, it's mostly just bosses. Regular monsters are generally no issue.
This is one of those things where I don't care if it's been posted before it's adorable

Am I the only one who thinks this game would benefit from a Boss Rush gamemode (perhaps with random attack patterns for each boss?)? Would only be accessible after beating the game itself once.

tbh my headcannon is basically [sp]frisk uses determination to go back in time where Asriel's soul is all that remains after his body turns to dust, and as he is a boss monster, frisk is able to retrieve it, and tries to come back to asriel, who is now flowey, and gives his soul back to him.
But as this goes before all the timeline fuckery, Frisk has to re-experience every possibility,including deaths, to get back to their own true pacifist ending.
Giving asriel's soul back doesn't render his body back to him, but it allows him to feel again in his flower form. Still a bittersweet ending, but I think it's better than the ending we have now[/sp] :cry:

But stupid HC aside I like the current ending the way it is really, and I'd be :ok: if it stayed that way.
My headcanon is that during Mettaton's transformation into [sp]Mettaton EX, legs break out of his cube body, standing him up while his wheel retracts into his robo-arse, before his arms hold onto his body and his head pops out with an angry stare.[/sp]
