Joel seems fine as a aside, English isn't his first language but I don't get how you can go into a stream like his where he's just a happy normal guy and just shit in his mouth. Like his chats rancid but it's not like he's doing anything at all.

Joel's stream of undertale is probably my favorite, mostly because his reactions seem the most genunine of a lot of the streams I've seen. Plus the voice acting he does for some of the characters is fucking perfect.
But the genocide stream, jesus. It hurts just watching someone play it, it's no wonder I couldnt play it myself.

tbh Joel's only real problem in his streams is that his "character voices" are all amazingly grating on the ears, he can't really voice act much at all because it's all just his normal voice with a slight pitch change; which is fine because his native language isn't english, but hooh boy it doesn't sound good at all. His Papyrus is good though, but everything else is miserable. Just my 2 cents
To be honest i like his Papyrus/Sans voice the most.

First, maybe cut those images out of your quote. Second, it's not really- toby is (at least, used to be) a huge ass homestuck fan, and I've heard people say she's the closest thing to a homestuck character in the game. It wouldn't be surprising if those two were the influence (or at least, someone posted a pic of her with them)
Don't forget that Toby also made music for Homestuck, so..

People keep saying that, but really people are just sort of assuming he HAS to be making characters like Homestuck ones because he did some music for it.
If it wasn't Toby making the game I guarantee nobody would make the Vriska connection.
