It's fake, run by some youtuber I can't remember. Still pretty fun though.
I have a theory that relates to Flowey. Heavy spoils ahead:
[sp] Flowey can't feel compassion or love due to not having a soul. But he does feel fear at the end of the genocide route, meaning he does experience emotions that are not strictly negative. This leads me to believe that his lack of a soul has little to do with his lack of compassion. He absorbed the soul of Chara, which lead to Chara influencing him to take their body to the surface and provoke another war.[/sp]
[sp]That influence has likely remained with Asriel's mind after he was reborn into Flowey. It's a much stronger case than simply not having a soul equaling having no empathy, partly because he projected the image of Chara onto Frisk, which was likely to delude him into thinking it was all a game with an old friend.[/sp]
[sp]At the end of the Pacifist run, the influence of Chara was likely broken, as you SAVE Asriel and he is now capable of feeling compassion. This is even more enforced when rebooting the game after the true ending, where Flowey is asking you to not take away everyone's happiness, which would require him to actually care about the others. Or, it was Flowey trying to get you to reset so he can attempt to become god again and destroy everything. Not likely though.[/sp]
tl;dr [sp]Flowey is not loveless and without empathy because of his lack of a soul, but because of Chara. The Pacifist ending breaks the influence of Chara by SAVEing Asriel, allowing him to feel empathy for the other characters.[/sp]
It's probably baseless hogwash but I think it makes sense.

Actually, this is a pretty easy assumption to make and I think a rather common one if I remember right. [sp]Although Flowey only cares for the current timeline you're playing in, all things considered, so while he planned ahead for the Neutral and Pacifist endings, having all of his memories reset by a True Reset renders any sort of planning null since.. well, he doesn't egg you at all to kill everyone. That's purely player curiosity that he then tries to thrive on in that run.[/sp]

[sp]Since he hints at the possibility of the true reset having been done many times, he's probably expecting you to do it, and that gives him another shot at becoming god every single time. He already knows you can reset everything, so he knows that the only way he can win is for you to reset. The only other consideration is that he genuinely cares and doesn't want you to rip everyone away from their happy ending.[/sp]
[sp]Relating to the genocide ending, it's Chara expanding their influence upon Flowey and Frisk. At first, Frisk kills everything in the Ruins, which leads to Flowey thinking that this will let him get the souls and become god easily, as Asgore will be no match for Frisk. At the end, Flowey finally realizes that Frisk is literally going to kill the entire world, Flowey included. Upon Flowey's death, the essence of Chara is released, allowing them to kill existence itself.[/sp]

wonder if they will make it one of the last games where people vote for either genocide or pacifist via donations and another optional donation for cool leg.

I would put in a bid for Undertale, but I can't afford to travel anywhere right now.
There's a small speed run community for it right now If the big guys (Tuxwizzle and Celestics) want to go I think it would be able to get in.
