It's not nearly as gory and overdone as Fallout 3.
You only see these at some specific locations and in small amounts.

I kind of wish they'd done more with Radstags than "hey, 2 heads!" again. The weird little fore-feet were a good touch; maybe their thing should've been an extra set of legs instead of an extra head.

Well yes and no,
The second head did mutate but after some time a few two headed cattle bread with each other while the single headed cattle died off, so the trait was passed down, and it appears to be useful enough that bramin have repopulated much of the wasteland on their own

Something like that seems to difficult for Bethesda to animate. Notice how most things we fight are either two legged or four legged? Now the guys over at FromSoftware could probably pull something like this off though.

I just made a nice little greenhouse area for my solo settlement I'm building but there's a brahmin stuck in the wall and I can't get rid of it (unable to move it, shoot it or grenade it when there's no wall there so i just built through him)
