They should have played the main trailer theme during the final battle.
my game got bugged out an wouldn't ever stop playing that song once, ya its not the best [editline]23rd January 2016[/editline]
It's finally time for me to rescue Preston Garvey [t]http://i.imgur.com/xT4AzGq.png[/t]
i've always wanted to talk to the class of vault 81 and be like "oh wait i left him there with a deathclaw circling"
Bethesda is one of the last companies in existence that realizes some people don't upgrade their monitor until it breaks, and CRT gamers still exist.
There are some games that display every single resolution your computer could support. Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2, a game from 1997, does that. Not every resolution works, but it still displays it in the options. It is funny seeing a game that old showing 4k in the options.
I didn't think an all white X-01 would look good, but it actually does.
It looks like a plastic toy :v:
Kind of looks like it just came of assembly line and hasn't been painted yet. That would be a cool skin, it could look like unpainted Airplanes.
Bethesda is one of the last companies in existence that realizes some people don't upgrade their monitor until it breaks.
i want to play FO4 in 320x200 like the original Doom and see how that looks :v:
I didn't think an all white X-01 would look good, but it actually does.
Institute Paint is probably my favorite unique paint. I like the Brotherhood stuff, but you get the same kind of look with the unpainted T-60 armor. You get the Institute Paint and probably one of my favorite songs on the OST:
That's why I'm mainly going down the route of integrating cybernetics through a new shop in Goodneighbor or Diamond City rather than mainly through the Institute. Have you got Steam? You've got some good ideas, I could use someone to discuss and bounce ideas off for this project if you're interested.
Yeah sure dude Although I don't know the first thing about modding so most of my great ideas probably wont work :v:

I had no idea this song existed. Thanks for making me aware, just added it to my ambient tracks list for working and stuff.
Took some screenshots at maxed, 4k scaled down to 1080p. I was getting about an average 25 FPS :v: [editline]23rd January 2016[/editline] I had anti-aliasing enabled, I probably didn't need to, considering I was using NVidia's DSR on a 1080p screen, so I wouldn't have even noticed it.
Vats is a real miracle of physics [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/366283084957547564/01FE710501851100A2271127D6221325AFB6EAB9/[/t]
[editline]t[/editline] Oh, you're asking why the hip sideguards are shorter. I thought you were asking why the thighs themselves are shorter. That I don't know, but I'm still going to leave the diagram I made because I think it's interesting to see it that way. [t]http://i.imgur.com/nR3AQno.jpg[/t] You'd be surprised how many people didn't realize just how much bigger it makes the wearer.
mm, that's still not how legs work [t]http://www.modsfallout4.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/New-Vault-Suit-Texture-5-1024x640.jpg[/t] men's thighs (or those of men like Nate), from crotch to upper kneecap, are about as long as the distance between lower kneecap and ankle. That image is the best I could find, and the distance is a little exaggerated due to camera angle, but that's something you learn when drawing the human form (proportion is one of the hardest yet most important fundamentals to learn when taking, say, a life drawing course). relevant fun fact: until Halo 4, Master Chief had an entirely wacked out body structure because the Bungie artists modeled the proportions of his also bulky MJOLNIR armor to roughly match an unclothed human silhouette, either choosing to ignore or not considering the shape of the human that had to fit inside [Editline]Edited:[/editline] i'm not sure why this is being rated dumb but looking at the list and how nobody is saying anything about it i'm guessing it's just kneejerk
That was only a rough "here's where these things are inside the suit" drawing anyway :v:
That was only a rough "here's where these things are inside the suit" drawing anyway :v:
Oh, no, that's the point, your image was accurate to the figure. (clarification: was not attacking your drawing skills). Threezero is making this super expensive collector's figure but the shape doesn't make sense. it's odd to me considering the market they're selling to

I originally made it to explain to someone outside FP how the new power armor is different from the old stuff. The shins and forearms are very long because they also contain the hands and feet. Felt it might've also been applicable to the question of why the leg proportions look weird, but that wasn't what you asked (I think you were asking why the hip sideguards on the thigh pieces didn't do all the way up the pelvis), so I just kept it up for those who might not fully realize the size difference.
Help, my head is gone. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16349584/fallout%204/377160_2016-01-23_00001.png[/t]
So... I just ran into a fake Preston Garvey. Christ one was bad enough
Wouldn't porting NV over to 4 be pointless anyway since it's not really a game about shooting stuff so the improvements on the shooting mechanics would be marginal at best
Finally started venturing into the city, went an odd way and stumbled right into an alpha deathclaw, I was not prepared. Luckily I had 6 frag mines that I used to knock it down to most of it's health gone. It was above the Haymarket hall on the roof, can't remember what it's called.
I would totally be down with a Louisiana fallout game.
Mutant gators would be awesome.
Taking the topic back to cyborgs for a second, i definitely think it's a system that would have greatly improved fallout 4. Just saying "nah the institute don't do that any more!" is a total cop out because the institute didn't make any choices that bethesda didn't decide they were going to make- using in-universe plot points to explain lacking features is kinda naff. if you side with them you [sp] replace kellogg as their up top attack dog[/sp], if he was augmented to the point where he doesn't [sp]even age[/sp], why wouldn't you have access to the same treatments? especially considering your [sp]relation to farther, even if he decided he hates cyborgs surely he would want his mum/dad to live forever?[/sp]. And it's not just the player that would have been made more interesting with cybernetics, raider bosses with rusty pre-war construction equipment grafted onto their bodies- turning them into mechanical abominations (exactly what i was expecting when i met the forged), rare brotherhood soldiers augmented with top of the line augmentations- purpose built to counter coursers, rail-road heavy's taking experimental and painful cybernetics that turn them into stealth nightmares in a self sacrificial attempt to go the extra mile to help synths. Cyborgs are awesome, (way cooler than the wishy washy "is it a human? is it a robot!?" shit the synths have going imo) if we already have one in the story why not go that little bit further?
well 1) i'm pretty sure the brotherhood abhor cybernetics as well, elder maxim is clearly uncomfortable with even ingram walking around in a power armor frame, which i think is what stops her from building actual limbs, they only use cybernetics as far as the plug-suits needed to run power armor, they would abhor anything that physically changed mankind 2) the institute's motivations for stoping cybernetics don't really make any sense now that they have synths, they keep hinting that it went horribly wrong, but like plasma weaponry there isn't really any offered explanation, the plasma weaponry in the commonwealth is pretty shit, and has to even run cartridged repcon plasma, but the weapons available out west can generate their own plasma, the institute's lasers are not that good, they could do better on weaponry and armor to which they should they should be working on cybernetics, their justification was that it wasn't working, but they kept working on the FEV even after 100 years of no progress what so ever either

Can I ask what the status of Project Brazil is? been a while and when I beat the bit where you leave the vault, not alot happened afterward.

Guys, When I use "sexchange" command for my male character, I lose some of the male perks. Is there a way to prevent this or I have to add female perk back manually?
Guys, When I use "sexchange" command for my male character, I lose some of the male perks. Is there a way to prevent this or I have to add female perk back manually?
I believe gender-specific perks have a "condition" check to make sure you're that gender, so yes you'll have to remove the male perks and add the female perks
