How easy would it be to make a version of that awesome ncr ranger coat without gloves?, so that it would work with stuff like gloves of the CW and the cybernetic hand mod.

Perhaps you could ask the mod maker to add compatibility with said mods, never hurts to ask.

the snow and nuclear firestorm look nice and all, but the ion one is kinda weird, the acid is just green rain with distortion and the mind storm and time rift are just trying to be stalker if you ask me

ya there are guaranteed spawns for each armor set, like the t-51 will always spawn in locked container on a barge, there is another spawn for the t-60 besides the BoS behind a cage, and the x-01 i think will spawn on the roof in one of the building in downtown Boston when you have a high enough level, i don't think there is a full spawn for x-01 otherwise, the underground bunker in the glowing sea has a half complete suit that spawns at any level
