are there any mods that make weapon damage depend ONLY on bullet type (and all weapons that have the same bullet type do the same damage, and makes the weapon perks just affect recoil etc.? that's the biggest thing that pisses me off, is that the two .45 guns in the game do wildly different amounts of damage per shot despite both using the same round. It's immersion-breaking and makes the SMG an almost useless weapon late-game, even with automatic perks.

That seasons mod looks really cool but I do have to question the Nexus modders and their boners for 4k anything.
Seems really excessive to be honest. There's no reason you need a 4k texture unless it is a giant object in the scene.

4K actually stands for the cost of the rig you'll need to run their packs at a stable framerate.
