Liking the look of that Pre-war cybernetics mod better than the Exo-suit mod by the same developer, since unlike the Exo-suit, I feel as though this might have been possible in universe, at least to a degree, power systems might be a problem though, but you can say "He's using a cheaper alternative to power the limbs, power cells or something and since he's not powering an entire suit it works out in the long run"
