Its just a generic beta testing agreement.

On the sign-up form for the beta, how many characters you have and what your highest level is are required questions. Kinda interesting; I'm betting they're checking what levels the DLCs should be at so people can use their current characters.

One thing that irks me is that they've got this arena stuff for DLC, but the Combat Zone is still just a one-time shooting gallery w/ free companion toy.

He doesn't care what you do as long as you help settlements and don't kill a fellow Minutemen. Piper and Nick seem really upset but then they never mention it again.
