I don't think you could get away with one on Lifestealer, but I could see it working on someone like Pudge or Alchemist.
A ragged gibuslike tophat could work for alchi
but yeah, dota is much more strict with hero themes and colours than tf2 (for good reason)
some sorta bowler hat, go for a western theme?

though i've seen one western-ish alch set on the workshop already, and the newest set has a duster.
If done properly, for the right hero, it could actually work. I mean Sniper has a goddamn Safari Hunter set, a Bowler hat/western theme doesn't seem out of the question.
A gentleman set for Alchemist could work. Backstory is he struck it big by being able to make gold, and decided to treat himself. His ogre gets armor with needlessly fancy design work and precious stones incorporated into it, Alchemist himself gets a top hat, fancy suit, monocle etc.
You can't forget that Alchemist's a wanted keen. He'd have a hard time going to some fine tailors without being noticed.
After some time of not touching max i thought in trying to do a hammer for CK, is it cool or too much spikes?
probably won't finish it due to my lack of zbrush skills, but i like doing random stuff

I don't think this would be a problem, he could just visit a tailor in any other place than where he is wanted at. Plus gold can buy anything, and Alchemist has more than enough of it.
I don't think a tophat and a suit would work too well, he is in a battlefield afterall. Stylish but durable clothing would be plausible on the other hand.
