Maybe, but then it'd really only be pony tails. I think if the three tufts were made bigger and bent back a bit more it'd be fine.

skinning is pretty placeholdery. but i think the colours work out pretty well now. only problem is that the shield's gotta stick out pretty far or it'll clip with the shoulders, and if i do that it looks like crap on the default model. everything else seems okay. so far

All shoulders or just some? 'Cause valve seems to be okay with some pretty drastic clipping a lot of the time...

ah it's clipping with my own set of shoulders. so basically if i take a promo shot from the back the cape'll be peeking out. i'll have to moosh it closer to the body i guess.

it was originally a white bear carrying boring stuff like satchels and bedrolls, but it looked pretty much the same as the panda, so i just stuck armour onto it. needed something to cover the back and shoulders so it'd have similar value to the default bear.
in other news, viking sven is neeeeeearly done. just gotta reskin the hand and paint some promo stuff.
