So, first test item, but I have no idea how to get the particle effect for the string working, anyone know? or know of a guide or post with some information?
I'm pretty certain valve does that, but I'm not 100% sure.

Looks good btw, nice change form the original while still staying close to her style and pallet.

Done with Clinkz bow which the concept was done by Sharc.

Is a chefs hat for Pudge silly?
Is a chefs hat for Pudge silly?
Depends on how well "themed" it is, I would say.
If done in a semi-horror style it could work.
If done in a semi-horror style it could work.
It could, but I still feel it'd be pushing it.

Not at all!
As long as you do it like this.

A chef look might fit Pudge without looking too silly.

Are you saying that doesn't look too silly to be ingame?
Are you saying that doesn't look too silly to be ingame?
Well if you ditch the cigar and the facial hair, a dirty old chef's hat doesn't look too ridiculous in my opinion. The moustache and beard in the drawing also seems to fit Pudge, if adjusted slightly. The cigar isn't a serious thought, but if it would be made to look good, it could work.
Would a Thriller taunt for Undying also be too silly?
Would a Thriller taunt for Undying also be too silly?
Eh, if anything it's a little less obnoxious than Pudge's moneymaker taunt. :v
Would a Thriller taunt for Undying also be too silly?
can you imagine if for the next diretide valve just gives every hero a thriller taunt like they did in tf2

How do I extract a weapon to use in various modeling programs. I need it for size reference.

Looking for some feedback on an ursa set concept before I start modeling. What's working and what isn't? Did I overdo it on the spikes? I think I overdid it on the spikes XD .
Way overdone

i think the bracer spikes are sliiightly unnecessary but i really like the back spikes.
also revised the venge set a wee bit. had a lot more weapon thumbs but they're mostly a bit eh

Spikes overdone Mr. President!

Way overdone with the spikes, but if you cut them down, be careful not to make it look too similar to Iron Bear set

Oooh, I'm really liking this set. I think they way the weapons and armor are all sorta feathery but not really is great!
Also the top weapon looks to be the best out of all of them, but it is quite similar in shape to the standard one. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but variation is nice.
Gives new attack animation where she just pokes the enemy with her shoulders.
The mask is missing something I think...I think it needs another color

Remove the spikes on his back and armbands, keep everything else.
That mask is hella witcher-esque and it looks awesome.

the armor is nice, I like that it isn't over-complicated and doesn't damage her silhouette.
I'm assuming the back of the wings is going to look like actual feathers in the final product?
not so sure about the hair, think adding a tiara or something like Nelth said before would make it look better.
the top weapon looks best, imo. the others look too similar to anti-mage or spectre weapons and considering she's ranged, they don't make much sense either.

Let's face it, Magina is ripped. We all know he hits the gym, and when he's not hunting magic-users, he's in Starbucks ordering a skinny latte.
is it bad I actually think that scarf is a decent item idea for him and could work as a real item?
