I hate being able to model but not texture.. Im making a blood seeker helmet on my compy, dont have any pictures though, I'll post them tomorrow
About 280 polys. I want to add a little tail-thingy at the end to try and bump up the poly count a bit, but I'm not sure what I should put there. I've got a great idea for a Slark weapon, though I'm a pretty bad drawer. I can try to get a picture up at some point, I drew a few designs. There's going to be a pearl in the middle, which would work perfectly with his Ult Passive, I don't know if you can do this or Valve has to enable it but it could glow when you are in or out of vision and not glow the other way, depending which works best.

Trying out concepting for the first time (well more like on and off for a month, mainly only on this set) and I've come here for opinions on it so far: [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/jechtman/ConceptJugg.png[/t] (left is an older, slighty damaged version) I don't know if this is too cartoony for Dota standards, but I really wanted to try for a new look. If Valve would allow it, an idea for crit occurrences is that the normal animation would be replaced with Yurnero taking the sword apart into two (art should show the seams) and slicing the foe with them, generating two crit slice effects instead of one (keeping the animation timings the same as the original for obvious reasons). I've also got a Healing Ward drawn for this set that follows the same theme on a piece of paper, but anyways thoughts?

The sword seems more Kunkka's with the different blues, seeing how the majority of Jugg's swords are orange. Maybe one side could be orange with the other being blue like as if a shadow of the other? The mask reminds me of a Tiny / Lizard combination, don't personally like the hair and beard thing since it somewhat ruins the mystery of not knowing if there's anything behind the mask. The lower part is perfect in my opinion. The sword idea is really cool and could totally seeing Juggernaut do this upward slash with both blades separating to his sides. Most of these are just personal preferences, just giving my thought on it. Hope you get the set made and maybe in-game too.

Hey I just had an idea. What if in a similar way you can have different announcers and huds, you could have different looking creeps. As in you would have a theme pack that changes how your creeps look. Obviously there would have to be a theme for both dire and radiant in the same pack.

that's a really unique and cool idea for a sword. If it gets in-game, I hope Valve makes the tidebringer effect gold with falling coins rather than water
