The body is leaning cartoony, but the face is really gritty. I think you should find a style that fits throughout and it might look better.

Im not some item creation conglomerate, I don't have concepts or anything, I just opened blender and made something Jugger could hold. If I could have edited the particles it wouldn't have ended up orange. Not only that but you can't do much with 300 triangles, even with normals, which is why most of his sword items end up looking like glowing sticks.

The helmet reminds me f Alphonsone from Full Metal Alchemist, and the rocket shows some link with Gurren Lagan (is that the name?) if it is that anime about drill bots.
