Man, kinda regretting being a warrior thinking about restarting
Go Reaver, find the fun in being a warrior.
Weird request... anyone know how to change a characters voice? The one I choice at the start sounds a bit odd now. I'm guessing there's a variable in the save file somewhere
Anyone else stuck on 6/7 runes in the quest "Ruins in the lost temple" in that elven temple? Can't find it after 20 minutes of searching.
When you pause in combat, how do you issue basic attacks?

It used to be the heavier one but it switched to a higher pitch.
Don't you just click on the enemies?
That's what I thought, but it doesn't do it for me...
Minor, like very minor spoilers, rude as fuck too. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/R7Wg4zn.jpg[/thumb]
Is it worth it to do the "Collect 10 and 20 of these" type quests?
Not really from what I noticed so far. I collected all the shards in the Hinterlands but I got jack shit.
Am I an idiot for not being able to figure out how to get through those big doors in the western approach? Is it just a quest I don't have yet, or am I missing something, 'cause its not on the wartable or anything

[sp]Visit the poison cloud areas and you'll get an operation to remove them, the second one will get you into the area to the north where you'll be able to open the doors.[/sp]
Who the hell is this behind this wall in Skytemple and how do I get to him? (may be spoilers) http://i.imgur.com/zvoM6DT.jpg
Not really from what I noticed so far. I collected all the shards in the Hinterlands but I got jack shit.
[sp] They open door to a temple area in Oralise, they give you some decentish loot and permanent stat increases.[/sp]
dear god why did i let sera join my party she's so annoying
[sp] They open door to a temple area in Oralise, they give you some decentish loot and permanent stat increases.[/sp]
Oooh, didn't know that. That's pretty nice actually.
They could have left out the "fetch all these items" quests, it doesn't add anything to experience IMO. It wouldn't be as bad if they just did around 4 items per map, at locations where you'd have to fight a bunch of mobs to acquire the item, because currently it's quite boring.
Forgive me for asking this as it has probably been asked a bunch of times already, but what's the consensus on the game? Good? Bad? DA2 tier garbage?
Good. It's huge with a ton of content.
So far what i've seen, pretty damn good, it's the best Witcher/Skyrim game bioware's made, utterly love the bad guy and cant wait to fuck him up! The only character that's really made me go "jesus christ bioware" is Sera, but that might just be me. she's cringy as fuck to me. Games beautiful, runs fantastically. It's a little more arcady than DA:O, you're not getting the same D&D/Neverwinter sort of experience, but more of it compared to say, Witcher/Skyrim other RPGs like it. I wouldn't say it was worse than Origins though, i just feel its "different" quality wise, its fantastic.
Good. It's huge with a ton of content.
having a lot of content is not necessarily a good thing.
having a lot of content is not necessarily a good thing.
However having barely any content is always a bad thing.
About how long should it take for a romance to become...fruitful? :v: I've been attempting with Cass and Josie and am definitely progressing with the latter, and I just helped her [sp]deal with the assassins sent after her[/sp] but she has no more romance option. The former is just hopeless... Still getting some brutally long loadscreens.
Tell me there is a fix to this. I'm level 9 and decided to switch my powers a bit. I bought the cheap respec amulet but when I use it and use all the points my game freezes on return to the game either instantly or after few seconds.
is the deluxe edition worth getting?
Forgive me for asking this as it has probably been asked a bunch of times already, but what's the consensus on the game? Good? Bad? DA2 tier garbage?
Honestly? It's good. Even though there's a ton of fetch quests, go to y and do x, etc. It's fun. I spent around 16 hours in the first area you're allowed to fully explore once you can start doing story quests.
is there a way to auto attack like in origins?
having a lot of content is not necessarily a good thing.
Inquisition is probably one of the best in recent memory at making even the most trivial sidequest worthwhile though, if only because completing them gives you +POWER so you can tackle bigger missions or send your advisers out on errands. They also (so far) seem to do a good job of making the sidequests tie into the overall concept of an Inquisition; it's not JUST "Take out these wolves to make the farmers feel safe," but rather "Take out these wolves so the farmers will return to the fields and provide food to your growing army." Not EVERY mission does that, but enough do so that I feel like each sidequest is helping the Inquisition.
[t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B3F3q7DCAAASvoV.jpg:large[/t] I choose to believe my violent voice Warden etched this.
i always chose that voice because that line was hilarious as a dwarf
So Dorian is MIA for me...[sp]After he appeared at the gates before Haven burned, I could've sworn I could use him in my party, but now he's just gone.[/sp]
