Is there any type of helmet in Inquisition that a Qunari can wear? I keep getting all these baller looking helmets but they're locked for that one race.
There is one, but... it's for Bull only. :(
This game reminds me an awful lot of Kingdoms of Amalur, with a Bioware touch.
Pretty sure the Qunari get face paint instead of actual helmets.

There is one, but... it's for Bull only. :(
Damn. That's kinda lame..
i would really love this game if it werent giving me GPU crashes every 5 minutes, ( Reinstalled drivers, re/formated and reinstalled windows, Cleaned my GPU, tweaked my settings, Checked my GPU temps) i very much have tried everything.. i either go trough the character creator fine and then just randomly crash either on the 1st combat or a cutscene

If so, try knocking "Post-Processing" to Medium. Game hasn't crashed once since I did that.

Wow. I started over as a Warrior and I demolished the Darkspawn that were giving me trouble. Guess this'll be the class I'm sticking with.
Is that a cheese wheel with a piece missing from it? And you can use it as a shield? Holy shit, that is fucking amazing.
It's actually a cheese wheel with a slice missing and a knife stuck in it that is also a rare shield. I found it perched on a table on a mountaintop overlooking three demon statues in a circle with a pool of blood between them. One of the demon statues has a slice of cheese stuck in its mouth.
Anyone think its worth to replay the game after you beat it?
I can already see myself doing at least one more run. I did some decisions that I regret and skipped few cutscenes because I didn't have time to sit through all the lines. But generally I think there's at least content for 2 playthroughs because there are 2 "paths" you can take at one point in the game. Plus some of your decisions from the Keep allow you to meet familiar faces so you can do several world states.
Everytime at the start when it gets to Varric telling Cassandra, "You need me." This always pops into my head.
Just wait until you have to go through the fade.
Or the tower of Ishal, for that matter
Why am I liking Fenris from DAII? Is there something wrong with me? Why am I liking this game so much to begin with?
Why am I liking Fenris from DAII? Is there something wrong with me? Why am I liking this game so much to begin with?
Varric and Fenris are like the only enjoyable things from DAII.
Varric and Fenris are like the only enjoyable things from DAII.
I had issues with Fenris. Helping a mage carry her groceries. + Fenris rivalry
So. I redownloaded and installed DA:I hoping it would fix the Forever-Load-Screen so I could progress. Nope. But now on a new character, the Hinterlands is slow motion for some reason. Like... 10 frames per second, slow motion. What the fuck? It was smooth as butter (Minus my terrible stutters and hangs) before. I was like Okay Supersampling must be turned on in my CCC still, oops. But no, it isn't
This game reminds me an awful lot of Kingdoms of Amalur, with a Bioware touch.
That's not fair. Your actions actually have effects in Inquisition.
That's not fair. Your actions actually have effects in Inquisition.
I do not know how you consider this not fair or anything, it is not a measurement of value but rather comparison in the gameplay itself, not from the plotline. You have huge maps filled with stuff to do while having tons of lore dumped onto you, both have a very similar style.
I was just making fun of Amalur because nothing you do does anything, in a game where you're literally tearing fate apart.
So I have spend about 23 hours in this game and now just finished the Templar mission to gain their support, how long is this game?
So I have spend about 23 hours in this game and now just finished the Templar mission to gain their support, how long is this game?
Relative to the rest of the game, you could still be considered in the prologue. Seriously though, you're MAYBE 20-25% complete depending on how thorough you've been so far.
So I have spend about 23 hours in this game and now just finished the Templar mission to gain their support, how long is this game?
Depends, you unlock about 6 new areas so you can waste some time in those. Story-wise I think you are about past one third (I'm talking about number of missions, story missions are often quite long).
Nevermind it finally works Oh god what the fuck have they done to the warrior class i feel like a cluncky baby trying to swing a stick
Pretty sure the Qunari get face paint instead of actual helmets.
Qunari really has no advantages for that reason, under-powered race in the end. They give 10% physical resistance as an innate trait but frankly by the endgame a dragon-bone tier 3 helmet will likely provide more than 10% damage resistance (DR% armor formulas give increasing returns) so beyond that qunari wind up having no real advantages
Apparently everyone on the Internet was too busy getting boners over the Desire Demons to have posted any tips on fighting them. Guess I'm fucked. :v: [editline]asdeo[/editline] Ah well, I've been playing on easy now and I've progressed quite a bit. I think I'll just leave it on this difficulty. It's much more fun to not have to worry about getting horribly, unpreventably raped every time I round a corner, anyways.
I've been playing on Easy cause I was bored of every enemy being an arrow sponge, not to mention theres only trophies for playing on Hard and above.
I wonder how you even manage to play on such higher difficulties. The game is quite hard and sometimes outright unfair. [sp]Right after you get captured after freeing Anora, you need to escape which was already pretty hard if you don't have that many potions. Then on my way to get back to the Eamon, I got ambushed by an encounter. Myself against like 12 bandits or so, fucking impossible. I had to put it down on easy. Or the slave traffic in the Alienage, those bandits were tougher than the Archdemon himself.[/sp]
I'm on hard and have made it to the second to last quest having died maybe three or four times :v:
Okay Inquisition. You refuse to run worth shit on my machine? I'm tired of your stuttering and your hanging you piece of shit. 16GB of RAM Incoming I will slay me some fucking dragons, god damnit
