So I told Cole to fuck off as soon as I got the chance. Was that a mistake or does he stay a whiny teenager for the whole game.
I don't understand people who dismiss party members they don't like. This is a Bioware game. It's made of talking to characters and learning their stories and why they are who they are, even if they're annoying. If you're not here for Conversations: The Game, then why play Dragon Age? You surely can't be hanging out for the awesome gameplay.

Have you met Sera? I was afraid I would hate Cole but I found him alright and interesting. He's not really whiny, he's a spirit so he talks weirdly and wants to help everyone.
You can't be killed by putting fade-touched materials on your equipment, they only give benefits. Why would the highest tier materials be able to kill you?
Actually i get a glitch fairly often where my master-work bonuses misfire, outright killing either myself or a nearby party member. The worst case ive had was when a party member's war-hammer infected me with walking bomb by mistake and my character died, then exploded into gibs, i had to reload an older save because after i revived him, every part of him was invisible apart from his weapons and the parts of his coat that flap around.
So I told Cole to fuck off as soon as I got the chance. Was that a mistake or does he stay a whiny teenager for the whole game.
He's not a whiny teenager. He doesn't know the concept of whining. The book Asunder establishes this so it's not really a spoiler to say, but Cole was a spirit, probably a spirit of compassion. Something went wrong and he ended up thinking he was the ghost of a dead child called Cole. Nobody can remember him when the look away. There was an explanation as to how the Inquisition remembers him but I can't remember it. I think he learned how to control it. Eventually he found out was a spirit and he's all conflicted. He has a human form but he can still feel other's emotions and doesn't understand how to talk to people beyond reading their minds. At one point in the game you can make a choice that will change Cole forever. You can [sp]make him more human or make him more like a spirit. If you make him more human people stop forgetting him and he becomes genuinely happy with life. Not sure what happens to Spirit Cole.[/sp] He was one of my favourite characters and was my regular rogue. It's great having him and Solas in your party because you get SO MUCH lore. Like shit buckets full. He's the only melee rogue you get unless you re-programme Sera/Varicc (but why would you want to lose Bianca and Sera's DPS)
[t]http://s15.postimg.org/l25fdnpft/Screenshot_Win32_0009_Final.png[/t] This is a fucking reference to Jade Empire, I know it Also, it appears that in Inquisition specialization are unlocked by some kind of side quest involving going to different places and collecting materials. And that's pretty much about it. I can't understand the appeal, honestly
Wish somebody would hurry up and make a full pajama suite for both genders and all races, those beige inquisitor pajamas must be wiped off the face of Thedas, what the fuck even was bioware thinking with that Either that or a mod that just lets you wear armor in skyhold
There's a cheat engine plugin that lets you have whatever you have equipped show in skyhold, I pretty much use it 24/7 now along with a runspeed toggling plugin.
I've noticed in my run with a two handed warrior still wearing the Armor of The Dragon that I've been dying a lot since Crestwood and Here Lies the Abyss. If this were Dark Souls, EpicNameBro would form a physical being in-game and say "Dude you're doing it wrong." I haven't chosen my specialztion yet, but I have a couple of questions: 1. I tend to charge headlong into battle, which gets me killed if I don't pick the right power to use. Should I go Champion or Reaver? 2. Can a two-handed character become a sword and shield character if need be?

Yes, you can easily respec with an item from your smith that resets your skill points. The first question I can only answer based on Blackwall (Champion) and Iron Bull (Reaver). While the former almost never died fighting dragons the latter sometimes almost died on his own (Some of Reaver abilities hurt you or make you more vulnerable to damage in exchange for more damage output.)
If the wiki is anything to go by, if you allowed Cole to live in some capacity you will meet him at the Redcliff village docks before and before only speaking to Fiona for a possible alliance with the mages I've missed him and now I'm pissed
Anyone know a good level 14 two handed sword and one-handed sword? I'm trying to find a weapon like this but the location for this weapon is random. [t]http://i.neoseeker.com/neo_image/88025/news/7/dragon_age_inqusition_party.jpg[/t]
IIRC that's a tier-2 sword and you can buy it from the weapon vendor at that keep in the western approach Or at least that's the icon it has, I've never actually bought it
Ok, so I've been off the scene for a few months. Have I missed anything at all? Like news or memes or whatever.
I've completed Here Lies the Abyss, and boy do I feel like shit. I should not have been affected because [sp]I never played DA2,[/sp] but DAYMN did it still hit a home run in the stuffy feeling department.
I've reached the point where I can't understand anything from Sera's speeches Maybe it's because I'm not an English speaker, but all I hear from her is like "Common people, INNIT?! [Insert someone's name spelled wrong here], INNIT?! I'm angry for something, INNIT?! INNIT?! INNIT?! INNIT?!"
And now my game is stuck on the "Connecting to the servers" screen at the beginning on my ps4. What happened? What went wrong?
[t]http://s2.postimg.org/kgbkdjyh3/Immagine.png[/t] I told you that was going to be Hawkeward

The only person I know using that word is Ali G.
Is the Deluxe Edition upgrade worth getting?
The question is about how much you like the totally cosmetic-only addons you are given I, for one, would never sit on a cheesy throne made out of dragon bones
What's the best way to make money early on? Just came back from Val Royeaux for the first time and told Sera to fuck off.
What's the best way to make money early on? Just came back from Val Royeaux for the first time and told Sera to fuck off.
Early on? Grab all the shit tier loot and sell it. Or use cheat engine.
Early on? Grab all the shit tier loot and sell it. Or use cheat engine.
I'm on PS4, got a load of materials, should I sell those?
I'm on PS4, got a load of materials, should I sell those?
I suppose you can sell the ones you don't need (just making sure, crafting materials don't take up space in your inventory, so collect as many as you want/can). [del]They fixed the duplicating exploit (with vendors) on all platforms, right?[/del] Actually, they fixed in only on PC, so you can used the duplication exploit to get a lot of materials/money.
Is it me or did the recent patch really up the crafting material gain? I don't remember ever getting 8 ores from single piles when I was in the early game.
