Undertale's fanbase in the way that it's fucking everywhere and people just want to go places and not see it sometimes. Miiverse in particular is nothing but the skeleton bros and you won't go a splatoon match without it pasted everywhere. It also attracts a lot of clickbait titles from self-important journalist which is super frustrating I'd imagine. "TOP 10 WAYS UNDERTALE ADVANCES THE MEDIUM" etc.
Undertale's hatedom is way worse though, 90% of the time it's just a circlejerk of complaining and telling people to shut up about it when no one was talking about it in the first place.

Undertale was nominated for almost everything. It could sweep the entire show. Best and Worst at everything. It can even win first and second in the worst fanbase.
I'm ready for Huniepop to win best representation of women. I also completely forgot about Order 1886 because of how terrible it was received and no one talked about it after like a week after launch.
I've never seen Undertale porn besides cropped bad ones people post for comedy effect. If you're complaining about seeing it and shitposts constantly on tumblr, well then congratulations, you're on tumblr.
Also I voted Not Important for both Best and Worst character.

It's because they're the producers and not the developers of MKX (Neatherrealms) and Arkham Knight (Rocksteady).

undertale is a game designed to appeal to the nostalgia of people who played a quirky jrpg in the 90s and pretty much anyone who likes rpgs like MOTHER.
and both attract a shitload of artists which is why you'll probably see undertale anywhere that hosts or rehosts or links to images.
Undertale was in almost every category. I wouldn't be surprised if it somehow managed to win best developer.
