I just jumped straight into multiplayer when I did the tutorial, got my ass handed to me hard.
Adapted after a few hours and started handing their asses back to them, you'll pick it up faster than you think
Practicing combos will help.

after completing 2 chapters of the tutorial i decided to go for normal game to see how real comboes look like
i ended up in one really good match which i ended up winning and one match i managed to lose after doing really well for the first half

People complaining about a free game doesn't seem logical.
I was trying to team up with my friend and after he kept getting errors we said fuck it and accepted whatever match we got. I might've won the match if my controller didn't die(With full battery?) and leave me stuck with jumping and blocking. In the end the other guy only won because the timer went to zero though.

Interesting. Between DHC scaling and the damage scaling during combos, DHCs seemed pretty pointless before and now I can't imagine they're going to be useful at all.
