I managed to do all the character tutorials on a keyboard.
It took me hundreds of attempts and even after doing all that I can't manage to trigger any of the commands in an actual fight...

Skullgirls is very fast paced, you have to imput all 4 keys within 1 second at most, so, to quote Inufin, do it faster, you got the pattern right, you're just too slow.

I have a 1 meter combo that does 12k
uhhh the only character i know of right now that can reach 12k damage with less than 3 meters is double, and even double uses 2 meters for 12k. pls tell me what character you're using.

ok but don't be disappointed when whatever mistake you're making on the keyboard carries over to a pad.
What's a good fighting game controller? preferably something with a circular d-pad.
