at least accept the loss and don't queue up again for quick match or quit the lobby

That's not how FGs work. Normally the player pool in quick match isn't that big to blame match making (implying there is one in SG as the leaderboard just counts your wins, not your elo or MMR)
If you really want to fight against people of your skill level then suck it up and find a bunch of people who are the same skill level are you. Maybe get some friends to play, add the people you find online that are just as new as you or maybe make a thread on the Skullgirls steam discussion boards or SRK or anything. Complaining about infinite/long combos and spamming is like when people complain about camping or noob tubing in CoD. It makes you look silly.

ranked match would imply you aren't just thrown against some random person, which is what seems to be happening over and over. i'll get a fair match one game and the next 20 will be insanely good people.

My W/L in SF4 ranked with Sakura is like 1/24 and I don't go whine about it in the FG thread on FP.
Is it annoying that I can't play against people that are the same level as me? Hell yes. What am I gonna do about it? Certainly not complain about it. I found some people who are as green as me and I added them on GFWL and asked them to play with me whenever we're both on.

then learn how to not get put into that position? there's a reason why you're being put into the corner and you're being killed, and that's because the opponent learned how to put you in the corner and learned how to input their combos and learned how to reset their combos to do it again.
