Had the same problem and I just used SAM, not wasting my time doing them again lol.
Why do you care about an achievement?
Some people just do.
Does anyone actually use the 3 fighter set up?
I always roll for 1 fighter, which takes away my assists, but I curbstomp any 3s or 2s pretty well.
Depends who you're playing. Some characters are acceptable solo like Ms. Fortune but some require assists like Valentine. (Too many newbies picking solo Valentine)
I dubbed Peacock/Filia/Double the 'Lame Brigade' because Double/Filia have the most annoying assists and Peacock is annoying to fight against. Also a common set up at Evo 2013.
Why do you care about an achievement?
Sometimes I like to be a bit of a completionist. I'm not the very best at fighting games, but if there's an easy little notch to put on my belt, why not?
Fair enough, seems weird to me that's all.

Damn thats some nice menu music.
Apparently I'm rank 12 despite being complete rubbish.

Okay. I guess the game thinks I'm good. Don't tell it the truth.
I tried going into Quick Match mode for a change.
First try, curbstomped to shreds by Parasoul.
Second try, pitted against Solobella, quit early to spare myself the pain.
Third try, curbstomped to shreds by another Fortune.
Fourth try, curbstomped by another Parasoul and lying bastard pings.
Not gonna try going into Quick Match mode for a change again.

Anything above 300 ping at most is not worth it.
What do you think about Peacock+Cerebella teams?

My thoughts on that are best represented by an image of someone vomiting profusely

Well after all those updates I decided to play just a few hours ago. It seems that even above 150 ping is no longer safe.
My steam friend (http://steamcommunity.com/id/TewiInaba) is a fucking genius.

Rules: 1. Only movement is jumping. 2. You may only block if you jump backwards. 3. Only use Divekick moves (It's okay if the command doesn't go the way you want.)
Just absolutely wrecked the best person I know, 33-8 :v: He was cursing mike z's very soul past like, 15 where he stopped getting wins.
Some players online are scarily good. The moment they get a single hit on you, there's pretty much nothing you can do. They'll somehow manage to string together a million attacks and give you no chance to recover at all.
Yeah, I kind of push Skullgirls to the side for other fighting games because of that.
Some people like that, but not me.
I don't think I know anyone who can do touch of deaths and I know some good players
There are opportunities to fight back, it's just the game is fast and mix ups are a lot harder to read
[editline]28th September 2013[/editline]
It isn't SF4 where people jump in and do a low attack every time
Well yeah but compare it to say SF or KOF and there are many many more opportunities to fight back.
that's because they're different games.
First time posting here, any tips for a first-time Parasoul?
j.HP for air to air footsies and make sure to buffer napalm shot and pillar
I wouldn't put her on point though
Skullgirls MIGHTY NUMBER Patch Notes - 10/1
2 OCTOBER - MIKEZ
MIGHTY NUMBER NINE MIGHTY NUMBER NINE MIGHTY NUMBER...patch notes, right, patch notes.
Been a while, hasn't it? There's some stuff here you'll like. C'mon in, grab yourself a snack and have at these
wonderful updates while you dream about mighty numbers of some kind.
Lobbies
- Spectator mode is now in! If you don't get assigned a partner, you're randomly assigned a match to spectate!
- Added Queen of the Hill mode for lobbies!
(Report all bugs for Queen of the Hill Mode and Spectating issues to bugreport AT labzerogames dot com.)
-- Queen of the Hill mode is what you'd expect:
** The winner stays, loser goes to the end of the line.
** You can't ready up if there's a match going on. This may be enabled soon.
** 15 seconds between matches, instead of 10.
** You automatically re-ready after matches. (Do you like this? Let us know!)
** Win streak is tracked, instead of total wins.
** Your place in line is determined by when you ready up. If you unready for more than 5 seconds, you lose your place in line.
- Fixed some avatar issues. If you rejoin, there still will be issues, but another patch will come soon to fix that.
General
- Fixed USB headset crash. If your game was crashing before and now it works, it's because you were outputting mono.
- Fixed some localization crashes and blank texts in Spanish.
- Fixed some UI navigation and gfx issues.
- Add Marie 300% to Extras. Feel free to frustrate yourself to no end again! You have to own Squigly, though. :^)
- Add NPCs in 2D backgrounds for Medici Office, New Meridian, Lab 8, Cathedral, Innsmouth.
The background is still one single picture, so if you have a slow computer they don't have any negative effects.
If you experience negative effects, they are probably psychosomatic.
- Improve contrast between characters and background on Cathedral, New Meridian, Innsmouth.
- Fix CRAZY bugs in Otter that give a wonderful speedup on console AND PC.
Most computers won’t notice, but if yours is bad you might?
- Increase GGPO max rollback frames by 4, to 24.
Gameplay
- Fix Fortune’s s.HK hitboxes! WHOOPS.
- Fix occasional IPS carryover on 1f links for Player 2.
- Fix Diamonds are Forever glitch.

We should have assigned ASG#s to everyone, I wonder what Painwheel and Peacock would be...how many came before...
tl;dr Enjoy your Queen of the Hill!
Here's more patchnotes
10-4 good buddy, Skullgirls patch notes a-comin' yer way!
5 OCTOBER - MIKEZ
In a statement released earlier, Skullgirls spokesman Mike Z (Z-CA) said:
There will be no further jokes today, the Skullgirls Patch Note Joke Department is part of a non-essential
branch of the U.S. government and has been shuttered for the duration of the current situation. We regret any
inconvenience this may cause.
Lobbies
- Queen of the Hill improvements:
-- Everyone will all cycle correctly now.
-- Proper display of streak when you join a lobby.
-- If the Queen is unready for 20 seconds, she loses her crown. That way they can't hold up the entire room.
- All-play: If the match is a draw, it goes back to the lobby now. No more auto-rematch
General
- Add animated Indiegogo backer NPCs to Casino! 5 different NPC layouts that rotate, also present in the 2D versions!
The layout will not chnage on Play Again if you just chose Casino, but it will change if you re-pick the stage and it changes
each time the Casino comes up from Random. Layouts are not quite final...
- Started adding Indiegogo backer colors! Color 19 for Valentine, MsFortune, and Squigly is now available.
(edit: Backer colors are all FREE, you don't have to buy anything new.)
- AI now will burst from max-Drama sparks. Thank you person who pointed this out in the last patch note comments.
(Remember I called it Drama? Heh.)
- Fix crash when choosing Restore Defaults from button config in a single-player match. Oops.
Cerebella
- If Run was input during hitstop, can now hold the button for a followup attack and it will come out. Er, in normal-speak:
s.HP xx Run->Kanchou is now much easier, just hold the button for the Kanchou.
