Generally impatience and Dark Souls do not mix well.

Thanks for the tips everyone (except I already know about spooky skeleton graveyard). Just one more thing though, how often does an invader come in when I unhollow? I don't think I'm gonna touch humanity for a while when I suck so much at the game right now
Whenever you make progress/ have a bunch of souls. However there are npc invaders you'll want to fight since they drop unique items/armor sets and add to the lore. You at least can summon your own guys, though the more you have the weaker you'll be.

online is fucking dead you should be able to reverse hollowing without issues
also beating a boss with the npc alive is required to progress their story
Being in human form is worth it for the fashion
^That and, I always wondered if it was just me, but I get an inherent satisfaction just by staying human for long periods of time in the first Dark Souls even though there's no real benefit like in DSII or DeS. That said I do enjoy DSII's addition of subtracting 10% health with each death.
The moon outside is barely noticeable because of how dim it is, but I do indeed see a slight tint of red in it. Guess it's time to go appease the Moon Presence. :v:

Are you sure? I had Solaire die during the gaping dragon fight and he still showed up later.

Try to cut off the first one's tail. Also, if you can manage to summon Solaire the gargoyle will focus on him for most of the fight.

Summoning isn't an option for me because I don't have Xbox Live right now. And cutting off the first one's tail doesn't seem like it would help that much, since I can block the tail attacks anyway.
Unless I'm being stupid and there's something I'm overlooking.

Solaire is an NPC that can be summoned even when offline.

You have to be in human form to summon. And cutting off the tail will do a good amount of damage and they'll be a lot easier to dodge.

Hey don't talk shit about my favorite boss fight
I started playing bloodborne and got to the cleric beast, on my first try I had him to 3% with no vials left then he does his bullshit instant sideswipe attack and I'm feeling the souls burn
fuck whoever made that attack so fast
The Cleric Beast just goes on for too long.
