I hope it'll have the ability to respec. Not being able to in Bloodborne is crap.

Miyazaki already said they're including a respec option in some shape or form, he just doesn't know how yet.

Maybe only one stat + appearance respec per NG+ or something, so you still mantain character identity but can switch things up if you didn't like how things turned out your first run through.

I've been dreading having to fight Rom again since I began this playthrough but I fucking wrecked his shit in less than 2 minutes on my first try.

Man I wish the dodge animations for the kos parasite were tied to the milkweed rune and not the weapon itself. They look so wonderfully creepy.

What about Rom is difficult? She just sits there and the spiders don't really do anything except dump their heads into the ground. Maybe I killed her too quickly and didn't get to see all the attacks she has.

Like if you don't kill her quick, everything she starts doing is a countermeasure to pretty much everything you can do, and not in a way that is difficult or needs tactics, in a way that is designed just to dick you over. Stay too far, magic barrages. Stick too close, two AoEs and spiders, get close enough to finally hit her, random flailing. It's not so much that she's really hard, i just dread her because she's such a slog. Can't even summon for her because nobody wants to bother fighting her so no co-op.

Maybe I killed her too quickly and didn't get to see all the attacks she has.[/QUOTE] She's not difficult(not anymore for me at least) it's just that the fight is not fun at all and dragged on for way too long the previous 3 times I fought her in the story(I fucked her up in the dungeon this playthrough). There's no reflexes needed aside from dodging an incoming spider bomb, it's just run when she throws meteors at you and run away when she does anything else and try to avoid the spiders. I'm not a fan of micolash either. I've chased him for way too long to the point where the AWWOOOOOOOOOOO drove me nuts. Then if he gets lucky because he hit you with a call beyond or you fell off to your death, the chase happens all over again

That and her spiders do absolutely stupid amounts of damage if they land their heavy attacks. Having to slowly pick off the spiders so you can attack her without worry of being one-shot is tedious.

I really did kill her too quick. I had no idea she had magic attacks. :v:

Speaking of annoying bosses, Queen Yharnam. Not fighting her, though. Getting to her. Going through all this chalice dungeon bullshit of gathering materials and going through glorified minibosses with huge health pools. Having to get a chalice then go to another chalice to get the materials just to use that chalice. Not to mention the chalices are annoying labyrinthine and all look the same. Chalice dungeons are my least favourite part of the game, and I really hate how From has hidden so many high tier gems and runes and such behind them.

I thought after finishing Chalice dungeons we will learn the Truth. Where's my effing truth All I got is these measly Insight worth 4 blood chunk

So I decimated a giant butterfly and the Capra Demon. I'm guessing I'm going the right way, right? Also, I assume giving the Divine Ember to the Undead Parish Blacksmith is the right thing to do? Or should I keep it for another one?

So what's a good channel for Bloodborne lore? I first heard Vaatividya, but then I started to hear he wasn't a good place for it... sooo... After beating the game and DLC, I kinda want to compare the story I've pieced together with what it actually is or what the prevailing theories are.

Which it's kinda hard not to, he's made a few mistakes but 95% of it makes a lot of sense.

So I've been thinking about the ending of Bloodborne and we didn't really save anyone did we? We set out to stop the source of the scourge "lest the night carry on forever" but there's no indication of whether or not that even saves anyone. By the time we kill Rom it's already too late for everyone in Yharnam. For all intents and purposes, I as a player really am a blood addled hunter since I really do enjoy the killing of beasts, great ones, and other hunters. I think that at the end of the game assuming you get the real ending, you become [sp]the new ruler of Yharnam since there is nothing left to oppose you[/sp]. Everything of any power except for Oedon has been killed by you and Yharnam is probably completely uninhabited. It's also kept ambiguous over why we were even in Yharnam in the first place(although it's implied by the Cainhurst summons in the room we wake up that we were there to visit Cainhurst) [editline]8th January 2016[/editline] Has Oedon's sex ever been stated? I think all the great ones are female

Some time ago I made a Skill/Strength character to make use of the smaller weapons in the game that my guy can't do. This was a result after killing Gascoigne and opening up Old Yharnam. So far it's Level 20 I believe with 14 VIT, 14 END, 15 Skill, and 12 Bloodtinge. Should I level up Bloodtinge for the Chikage after I kill Vicar Amelia?
