Post it somewhere and link here when you finish. Reading is always enjoyable.
Don't expect it anytime soon. It's mainly a short story due at the end of the semester(December 20th) that won't cover the full game. The idea for it is to tell it like a blind playthrough of the game with your custom character to interact with the major forces driving the game. Each chapter is due the next week, and I started on a gripping middle that shows off the "Edge of Tomorrow/Groundhog Day" segments with the Hunter's Dream. I had a nifty idea to include one fanmade illustration for each chapter(thinking of MenasLG commissions), but that's a bit of a stretch for a college Final assignment. Edit: Another idea for a chapter is explain how the character reaches Yharnam/clinic and what kind of reason he needs to seek blood healing.
Nothing feels more rewarding than utterly destroying someone's gank squad and not giving a single fuck about it. I think I'm at that point where nothing is even a challenge anymore in DS2. You'd figure I would get bored after 2000+ hours.

Gold pine resin effect for ds3 at 3:27, looks neat. He does it pretty fast, seems as fast as bloodborne.
Gold pine seems to be only good for 1 hit. Which could make for some really punishing 1-hit attacks if used with a sword art and timed well enough in PvP. [editline]7th October 2015[/editline] Also, the greatsword doesn't have an animation for picking it back up after swinging in this current version. See at 1:30.
Ashed Estus Flask? Have we figured out what that does already? I assume it's for MP resoration.
Yeah it is, from what I've heard.

Damn, it looks so much quicker and more visceral than DkS2 Was there a change in staff when they made Bloodborne? Because this and that look very similar
i like the sparks

From how it looks, it seems like it's got a healthy mix of Souls and Bloodborne DNA. It's got speed that reminds me of DeS while not quite being BB levels of crazy, and visuals to match. [editline]7th October 2015[/editline] Overall I love it.
how the fuck do you even defend against this I teleport like 80 feet back to where I was because of 'lag' wish I had my pvp gear on at least
Why did his UGS do a regular greatsword backstab animation and not a, well, UGS backstab?
Why did his UGS do a regular greatsword backstab animation and not a, well, UGS backstab?
considering his name is longer than allowed + has a " . " it's no wonder why [editline]7th October 2015[/editline] I mean, he did teleport backstab me :v: [editline]7th October 2015[/editline] he's either so skilled that he's unlocked hidden souls knowledge that allows him to do impossible feats, or a cheater
After a break of my main save due getting stuck with the Anor Londo bosses (Read: Not getting good). I loaded the game and the sun smiles at me with a gift, the first knight I kill it drops his sword, the sword is very cool and after I upgraded it a few times it was easier to kill anything on my way to the bosses. The boss battle was also easy, with the help of everyone favorite sun praiser, Ornstein only lasted a few second, then Solaire was kind enough to tank damage while I finished Smough. Now I can teleport and explore all those areas I left before and I have new to explore. Looks like I'm going soul hunting. Now the question is, from where should I start? Too many paths to choose.
I'm tempted to learn how to use SFM for the sole purpose of making Gwyn Stefani - Hollowback Boy

Grey spirit invades, run all the way down to the first floor, oh shit I'm on the third floor getting fucked by a sword.

I'm 9 hours into Bloodborne, is the Hunter Axe good enough to use for the rest of the game? I have upgraded to +3 and it's been great so far.
every weapon is good. it's all about how good you are with them
every weapon is good. it's all about how good you are with them
handmaidens ladel
The crows in this game are fucking terrifying.
I'm playin DS2 and man the world just feels so disjointed. I'm having fun but there's no natural connection between any of the places, it feels like I'm just doing a bunch of unrelated dungeons. Coop is super fun though, getting summoned to help out is probably the most rewarding part of the game
Yeah, after playing DS2 last year, I'm loving how interconnected the world in Bloodborne is so far. Reminds me of DS1.
Yesterday I got my first invasion on my second character, needless to say I got nervous and got wrecked with a few hits. At least the person was kind enough to bow before fighting me, so there is that. I will probably force offline mode because I'm not good when comes to fighting with real people.

I'm planning on doing a dual claws build in SotFS and I want to know what would be the best thing to infuse them with.
I'm planning on doing a dual claws build in SotFS and I want to know what would be the best thing to infuse them with.
Poison is always a good choice for fast weapons
It just hit when I was writing a chapter: How did the hunter get to Yharnam? was he in the neighborhood and got there by chariot? Was he not a native to the country and got there by ship(Nightmare Frontier hints at this)? It's really weird on how they left that part out when writing the lore.
I had an idea for souls 3 I think it'd actually be cool if you kindled the fire 3-4 times, and this would enable both warping and possibly enemies limited to 15 respawns on an area where the area boss is defeated this way warping is still a thing in souls, however it's fairly hard to achieve.
