I just hope there is a covenant that allows 2vs2 or 3vs3 pvp
I'm more worried about 1v1 personally, they're way more interesting
proper and with healing that is
The only problem I have with the "rate and gain" system is that it's really only useful during the game's release. As time goes on, the amount of times you get rated goes waaaay down to the point where dropping a message is pointless.

That's the thing about any souls game though right? At the start, cooperative and multiplay thrives, but it dissipates as time goes on. I'd say that's even true for much later in the game itself, I barely remember seeing many messages around izalith and other late game areas, let alone summon signs
If anything they'll probably patch certain mechanics to respond to the size of the playerbase, e.g. how they added passworded games and level adaptation to Bloodborne

I was actually playing Bloodborne recently and got a full heal from a message I left in the forbidden woods - "just birds here, turn back" and it must have something like 300 votes by now haha

I think it's fine. I still get messages recommended a bunch in Demon's Souls.
I always make a point to rate all the useful or clever messages I see, especially as the games gets older and quieter.
yeah time i open dark souls 2 i get a 'one of your messages was rated fine' or whatever
I just want the dragon covenant to come back.

"try tongue but hole"
Can't wait to rate those foul
I'm starting to like PvP, too bad about the lag/teleporting. I got in a nice long battle in Anor Londo. This may be an odd question but, is there like a set rules for fighting properly? Like, what kinds of attacks can't be used due the lag and stuff. I always bow before a fight but don't know if there is anything else to know.
So I'm replaying Demon Souls and I'm having a hard time getting pure bladestone. Do any of you know of the best way to grind for it?

Also make sure you're in pure black world tendency.
Some concept of the armors.

So I summoned this guy named mr hitler at Frozen Eleum Loyce and he proceded to run through the level and bring all the enemies back to me as a gift. I sacraficed all of them to my new Fume great sword. I also blocked hitler in a hallway to die from his death train.
So if the testing starts at 8pm PDT, does that mean it starts at 10pm CST? I'm not good with time zones. :v:

The one on the left titled "Assassin" appears like a Bloodborne set.

Generally, if someone comes to your world uninvited, you can play as dirty as possible. This includes getting summons and using estus.
As for summoned duels, I always bow and let them cast one buff. Don't use estus if you are the host, because your guest can't. Backstabbing is pretty controversial - some think it's a legit strategy, others feel that the lag makes it far easier than Fromsoft intended.

Pure bladestone is a BITCH to get. It can take you hours of farming. Good luck!
-snip, nevermind-
could i let someone else try the stress test as well if they logged into my account?
like would they have to redeem the code again or could they just download it to their ps4 right away or something?
If you try to remove the stress test, it pops up a warning that it cannot be downloaded again without redeeming the code once more. So you'll probably have to redeem the code again if he's going to play it on a different PS4.
that's boners
also i totally get to play dark souls 3 in like 6 hours. i'm excited? i am excited to play this video game
Which type of caster is the easiest to play? :v:
edit: In SOTFS, forgot to mention
After borrowing Lovecraft's tales from a friend, I'm sure as hell Bloodborne is in truth a Lovecraft complete adaption

Only three hours though. My day one plan is to just grab the default knight + shortsword and try to rush the level, then the other two days I can relax and mess with the other classes
There'll probably be invasions and summons right?
has bloodborne been seriously nerfed since release? there's no way it was this easy the first time

three hours is plenty of time to try out all the classes
i'm gonna try them all out because i don't think i'm gonna wake up at 5am the other two days too

That usually happens whenever I start new characters in any Souls game. I just get really use to how the game and enemies work, the game just gets easier.
In my first playthrough of Bloodborne, it took me like 2 and a half hours to get to Cathedral Ward. Now I can get to Rom in less time then that if I ignore optional areas.
Looks like anyone who was able to download the stress test when it was up on PSN when it wasn't supposed to be without entering the lottery code won't be able to play because they implemented a thing where North Americans have to sign up a PSN id on the dark souls 3 site because this glitch happened. So I'm guessing if you have the stess test client downloaded but aren't whitelisted on the dark souls 3 test site that it just won't work. Damn, so close.
I'm gonna try it when the test is up just to make sure
Can anyone who has played the stress test confirm that instant backstab is back for ds3?
