doesn't look like it connects naturally to the map in any way, but miyazaki stated he wanted to do another 'painted world of ariamis' or 'cainhurst castle' type thing in dark souls 3 so this could be that.
The painted world was my fucking shit. Literally it was at that moment I gave the game the 10/10 I was tittering on.
So the lost sinner is basically locked up for crimes against humanity.. so.. who is the retard that gave her a giant broadsword? THIS IS WHY DRANGLEIC FELL. PEOPLE CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT
The Lost Sinner locked herself up, or at least isn't trying to escape. If you notice the chains they're stopping her from approaching the primal bonfire, not from escaping. Her gear also says something about her trying to atone fore her sin.

Pray to The Great Ones that The Old Hunters expansion adds many more hours of gameplay to Bloodborne.
did you get the cat ring?
Reducing your weight also helps, does it not?
did you get the cat ring?
The cat ring's icon is on his HUD dude :v:
Reducing your weight also helps, does it not?
I dunno
The cat ring's icon is on his HUD dude :v:
my bad :v: get more VGR
I dunno
Pretty sure reducing weight does help, Drangleic set is pretty heavy and having high weight increases fall damage.
I'm looking forward to this. I really want to play Bloodborne but I'm trying not to so I don't get sick of it
What upgrade system did you guys think was best? I always really liked Dark Soul's system because it let you play into your strengths but also let lower level character get powerful So as to not shit up the thread maybe just rate my post what one you prefer. Agree for Demon's Souls and the billion materials to farm. Disagree for Dark Souls and the OP lightning weapons. Funny for Dark Souls 2 and the ease of enchanting. Winner for Bloodborne and blood gems completely side stepping the system.
Bloodborne could have worked but only if they didn't add obnoxious big buff gems and such otherwise I wouldn't mind it. Safe choice is probably Dks2.
Bloodborne is scary
Bloodborne is fascinating
As far as I'm concerned, though
Man the Royal Rat Authority can suck a cock I think I'm gonna throw up, why did they have to make the fucker jump around so much
Its the baby rats, fuck em. Use Soul Appease if you have it, it will kill the little ones almost instantly, then you can take the big sif in armor.
Bloodborne is scary
Bloodborne gave me nightmares before I even got a chance to play it. I could never beat the taurus demon from DS1 so I thought this game was going to be hard as fuck but I ended up scraping the cleric beast on my 3rd try when some guy here mentioned that his scrublord friend was stuck on him for 2 weeks. This game never managed to scare me though, it always had me on me on the edge of my seat since I could never tell when something was going to pop out
Funny story, I first started playing Dark Souls 1 because of my younger brother, who had discovered the game with his friends when we were all in high school. Not being able to get past the taurus demon at the time, I ragequit. My brother taunted me about this ceaselessly until, months later, I picked up the controller again, beat that boss, then went on to loop the game three times. I'm now a far better player, both in PVP and PVE, than he is. And I taunt him about that once in a while, just 'cause. :V
I might go back to DS1 some day but I was having fun with Bloodborne when I was fighting the very first enemy. I wasn't having fun with DS1
I like how I didn't have much trouble fighting Kalameet the first time and now in my new game plus play he is giving the hardest time when comes to kill him. Basically one wrong move and it could cost me half or more of my health bar and if I get grabbed by telekinesis then it's game over unless I avoid any damage for a while. Thanks the sun cutting his tail isn't part of the Knight's Honor achievement.
I might as well try to play DS1 again, maybe it'll be fun once I beat the taurus demon. So how the hell do I beat it? I remember there was some sort of rhythm to fighting it since its swing was an instant death so I had to wait for it to swing, get a hit or two in, then back off before it could swing again but it took a really long time to do so and it was really easy to mess up the rhythm and I was always falling off the arena.

I really like Bloodborne. Its combat is so slick and when you get good at it you look so fucking cool, the monsters are very well designed and even the most generic enemies have some unique-ness to them (the villagers' beast hands, the werewolves' unnatural animations, the mere existence of Grandapa Cannon Chair is amazing) but I feel that both the plot and gameplay fall apart a little bit in the final third. The difficulty starts to change, it doesn't necessarily increase, but it changes from having clever enemy placement, to an overabundance of environmental hazards. That being said I'm hype for the expansion.

Until you find some destructive weapons like silver knight weapons or just be cheap and use ranged magic. After that you worst enemy is gravity and one-hit kills.
Pretty sure reducing weight does help, Drangleic set is pretty heavy and having high weight increases fall damage.
I never understood that shit. Wouldn't having heavier armor mean that your fall is more cushioned because of all the plate/straight up rock taking the blow? It's not like the human body takes the fall impact only in the feet, but it shouldn't make it worse.

The more you weigh, the more force its gonna take to stop you from moving.
Word of advice to new bloodborne players, when you run into a church giant(the really tall zombie looking guys) don't dodge backwards or away from them. Instead stay as close to them as possible to the point where you're running into their feet, in fact, run into their feet. They can't hit you there and it makes them extremely easy to kill.
better tip for all players: just walk right up to all enemies then roll around/behind them when they try to hit you, turn around and kill them [editline]29th October 2015[/editline] as much as i love the game, it's a bit of a joke when you realise you can kill anything by just side stepping it
