I'm starting to think that since the Church has been trying to evolve humans, beasts are where they fucked up and made them regress into animals.
Nah beasts are what became of the people they tried experimenting on because don't use shit that the human mind can't possibly comprehend (kin).
Also I probably won't ever get the Rakuyo swords. Having to kill not 1 but 2 of those fish giants? Fuck that.
You could try to use a shaman's blade on one to make them fight each other On other news, I managed to defeat the Crow of Cainhurst today WITHOUT cheesing him It felt really good
I'm almost glad that in DLC the boss [sp] Lady Maria doesn't have a gunblade or else she would turn into Cervantes from Soul Calibur and it would be hard to take her seriously[/sp]
Damn[sp]Ludwig is HARD level 59, 30 VIT and he can hit me with a nasty combo and end me Want to attack from the back? lolno, horse kick Want to attack from the side? lolno, stomping moves Saw Cleaver +6 is chipping his health down in miniscule increments too, I should probably upgrade, learning his moves is one thing but doing enough damage to him in a short enough amount of time to account for mistakes is the real issue. It's great how close the lamp is and how you can kill the door beating dude to get 5 vials each time though[/sp] edit: Fucks sake, he has a[sp]charge move just like my least favourite boss, watchdog of the old lords. It would be fine if it only hit in front of him, but why the fuck should it hit you if you're stood underneath him and he's moving away??? No cue for that stomp move either, this is going to be fun[/sp] edit2: [sp]THAT BITE COMBO. Also that move where you think he's clipped out of the map but then he lands on your head. This guy has some fuckin tricks[/sp] edit3: [sp]if one atom of his being clips you as he does his charge move it STILL KILLS YOU HAHA It's Ebrietas all over again. The tracking on this charge move is really pissing me off[/sp] edit4: It's the comment you knew was coming.[sp]HE HAS A SECOND FORM??? And I can't last 2 seconds against it. Dat 4 hit sword combo[/sp]
Level up more dude. The dlc is not for the underleveled.
Level up more dude. The dlc is not for the underleveled.
I relish in the suffering edit: [sp]I can reliably get him into second form now, I might piss off and level up to 65 to make this slightly more bearable, I get the feeling that it could only get harder from here. Got some nice new stuff to play with at least[/sp] I just unlocked Lecture building actually, perfect [sp]Amygdalan helicopter arm running R2 absolutely shreds these jellies hahaha[/sp]
Level up more dude. The dlc is not for the underleveled.
This. I am at the end of the game, literally only have one more vanilla boss left, and I am still struggling with the DLC quite a bit.
If I wanted to make a character based on using the Kos Parasite, what'd be a good weapon to use until getting it, and what'd be a good distribution for my stats? I've always been super shitty at making builds in these games :c
DLC is endgame content, I might even say postgame.
One thing I can't still wrap my head around about Bloodborne is how hit detection works most of the time When it comes to your character, your swings and attacks must be planned almost perfectly, because else your hit WILL miss and/or bounce of a wall or another elements of the scenery, leaving you open to be mangled by your enemies When it comes to your opponents, instead, virtually EVERYTHING goes and it can even be said the game makes everything in its power to make enemy attacks get you: the hits from your enemies can bypass even concrete walls and you'll get the full damage even if your body is near an attack by a single inch A perfect example of this is Ebrietas and her fucking charge move and the Giant Lost Children (Yetis): the boulders they throw at you will disintegrate upon touching the ground, but if even a SMALL PARTICLE OF ROCK hits you, your character will be knocked on his/her ass and recive full damage And don't let me get started about enemies with a grab attack (the Winter Lanterns come to mind)
So are the kin just all the enemies that aren't hairy?
Kin are the alien cosmic enemies, like the celestial emissary, brainsuckers, and Ebrietas.
When it comes to your opponents, instead, virtually EVERYTHING goes and it can even be said the game makes everything in its power to make enemy attacks get you: the hits from your enemies can bypass even concrete walls and you'll get the full damage even if your body is near an attack by a single inch
ah yes, the ol' wall shields.
Around what level should I be when I start the Sunken King DLC?
I find that the dlc is most comfortable right after getting the ashen mist heart.
Beat ludfuck on my level 46 character, only took me like 3 tries. It helps to stick really close to him by his sides, and not his horse ass.
Where am I supposed to go in The Old Hunters? I'm at that building which served as the shortcut to the cleric beast but right now I can either fight the beast mode hunter, go the blood river with the bloodlickers with the cave on one side, and more bloodlickers on the other. I already killed tentacle beard but that lazy flaming cleric beast is just sleeping there. What the hell is with the cave? it's full of things that will fuck me up. Holy fuck why aren't the [sp]bloodstarved beast and gatling gun guy[/sp] fighting each other? I don't even know if I should kill these hunters because they're probably going to respawn again
[sp]they don't respawn, the gatling gun hunter drops his gun tho[/sp]
So Adella really stares at me while I'm talking to Arianna Yandere everywhere
So Adella really stares at me while I'm talking to Arianna Yandere everywhere
She actually is a yandere.
I had less trouble against [sp]Orphan of Kos[/sp] than fucking Ludwig. This shit makes no sense. Although I'm having a hell of a hard time against [sp]Laurence[/sp] [editline]27th November 2015[/editline] Also I probably won't ever get the Rakuyo swords. Having to kill not 1 but 2 of those fish giants? Fuck that.
it sounds like i missed something how do you fight [sp]kos[/sp] and the fishmen before [sp]laurence[/sp]
Why do people say Iosefka is their bloodborne waifu when the doll exists? She's so beautiful, devoted to you, dolljoints, and she's with you for the whole game and after if you get the right ending Or Arianna since she gives you the goods for free
mm dolljoints
Okay I am in LOVE with the Amygdala Arm. For a blunt weapon that staggers like the Kirkhammer it consumes considerably less stamina, which is really nice. And the transformed whip mode also staggers pretty well, and a fully charged R2 hits 3 times consecutively. The first hit slams down enemies, and as they're getting up they get smacked again with the 2 other hits. It's fucking amazing. And it's a strength/ arcane weapon like the Moonlight Greatsword, so it feels great switching between them on the fly.
Well, i've switched from the Rifle Spear to the Chikage because the RS just wasn't cutting it for damage anymore, so i'm doing a lot better now. About to kill Micolash so hopefully with the few more levels i'll get from him that i'll be ready for the DLC.

dat 683 damage [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7835823/BB_MLGS_damage.jpg[/t] Probably the highest numbers I've ever had on a weapon so far. MLGS is a fucking beast. [editline]28th November 2015[/editline] Fist of Gratia seems to be the most underwhelming weapon so far, though. All it does is a single uppercut punch, no parrying.

I have never wanted to play Bloodborne so bad since I looked up the DLC weapons it got. [sp]A hammer with a built in furnace? That's so fucking metal.[/sp]
Anyone wanna co-op the DLC for a bit? Level 61 NG
