It's interesting cause whenever I've played, I've been completely incapable of finding a single person, whether I'm summoning or trying to be summoned.
Oh don't get me wrong, sometimes it's impossible to find anyone at all. Byrgenwerth, Old Yharnam, Mensis, Yahar'gul especially, and a couple areas are pretty much co-op dead zones for me. And if i do get anyone, they die immediately. Seriously, i was at Yahar'gul Chapel and had a guy summoned for all of ten seconds before he died to the dogs.
The hunter in the Chapel for hunter of hunter quests needs of fucking go home so I can be with crow waifu buy he 2shots me. Send help...
Did you try dodging?
The iron golem is rage inducing The arena design especially, since the cracked floor makes it so that you slip off by an inch
The iron golem is rage inducing The arena design especially, since the cracked floor makes it so that you slip off by an inch
Have you tried recruiting the services of golem slayer, hardship vanquisher and all around bad motherfucker Tarkus, more formally known by his full title of "Black Iron Tarkus"?
Did you try dodging?
No I was standing there like a rock you fixed my problem
Have you tried recruiting the services of golem slayer, hardship vanquisher and all around bad motherfucker Tarkus, more formally known by his full title of "Black Iron Tarkus"?
I guess I might go human and give it a try EDIT JUST as I posted this, I managed to get him to wobble on the very edge of the arena. Cue an almost comical fall Just to tell you how many tries it took me : the sniper you kill just before entering the arena gives you 500 souls. I had 5000 amassed souls on my bloodstain...
Tarkus will handle it all, just sit back and enjoy the show
Crush his legs, tickle his feet, steal his shoes and call Tarkus for the almighty problems. Did you kill that annoying giant that throws bombs though?
The iron golem is rage inducing The arena design especially, since the cracked floor makes it so that you slip off by an inch
I think I have been very lucky so far to have fallen by the Iron Golem attacks. Just make sure the Iron Golem is attacking Iron Tarkus (If you summoned him) and not you.
Crush his legs, tickle his feet, steal his shoes and call Tarkus for the almighty problems.
I guess I might go human and give it a try
You don't seem to understand. This guy is so fucking stronk that he's capable of soloing that fight For Tarkus there is no "try". Just victory This is my phone case. Maybe I like Tarkus. Funny that he died to the knife dancers in anor londo museum though
Welp, the whale dudes in the Hamlet are the single most bullshit enemies.
I'm currently levelling up an arcaneish build with a few quality stats too, just kinda to try out the dlc. How is the kos [sp] or as some say, kosm [/sp] parasite? also, where can I get some gems to add elemental damage?
Welp, the whale dudes in the Hamlet are the single most bullshit enemies.
[sp]The first one you meet (hidden to the left of an enemy that won't come towards you) can be killed easily with a molotov as long as it hits the orange containers and starts a fire that he walks into. The two in the caves can be made to fight with a shaman blade, but make sure you're whacking the most healthy one as it's distracted, as after it wins you'll have to take it on Other than that I never really had any huge problems, a quick weapon and a very safe playstyle is the key for those I think[/sp]

are the worlds of Bloodborne and DS2 packed with loot, much like the first Dark Souls? one of the things I am absolutely enjoying about the game is the insane amount of loot and gear you can find by just going the extra mile and exploring every nook and cranny

So, started a new Dark Souls character. This time, with permanent Gravelord Phantoms, just to spice things up. I decided to go to Darkroot Garden and pick the elite knight set just to be protected in case of a emergency. I pass the fog wall and ... [sp]I found 4 Stone Knights waiting for me in front of the fog wall, it took me by surprise and I died instantly.[/sp] This is going to be fun.

In the main game, you can find them in a nifty chest or on a dead body of a unique person. The Chalice Dungeons though have entire hidden rooms for loot. They wouldn't just give you a room and a chest, but they would be decked out in gold, jewels, and priceless looking items that *cling* when knocked over. It gives the price of going the extra step in the hidden direction all the more sweeter with all that bling.
I really need to pick up Bloodborne again. I'm just almost scared to since it's been months since I've played, I'm kinda far in, and I'm probably not nearly as use to the gameplay as I once was lol.
Ironically I'm having an easier time with invasions on my skill/ arcane build than my strength/ arcane build. Probably because Blade of Mercy attacks so fast it scares people away from me and gives me breathing room. I'd totally pet and not slaughter a CL if you get what I mean. Also I put Dark Souls 2 on high CPU priority and suddenly I'm ok. Everyone's visible woo

But dark souls isn't even that hard. People over exaggerate DS's difficulty. 100%ing super meat boy? actually fuckin hard and impossible for most people. Completing ds? pretty much anybody can do it.
It isn't hard if you know what you're doing but at the beginning it's an extremely unforgiving game.

The firekeepers in the beginning of DKS2 annoyed me greatly for this reason.
Honestly, DS1 is only hard for your first playthrough if you never pay attention to the environment. If you just rush through a level and try to mash R1 on every enemy, you're going to have a hell of a time. On my first playthrough, I only died around 40-50 times. Most of that was just against Gwyn.
