So... Is [sp]The One Reborn[/sp] The Orphan of Kos?
Pretty sure he was telling you to fuck the doll. The fact that he whispers it and adds "should you so please" really doesn't help his case.
[editline]9th December 2015[/editline]
The doll only comes to life if a player has insight. If you go down to 0 insight the doll turns lifeless again.
This. It's got nothing whatsoever to do with 'love'. And insight is linked to mental instability, which is why it lowers your frenzy resist. The more insight you have, the less 'sane' you are, but you're also able to see things that others can't. So it's entirely possible you're hallucinating the doll the entire time.

No.

Wait I like how you censored one boss but didn't even censor the other one.
No.

The older boss that everyone already knows about no less.

But no seriously think about it, The School of Mensis was all about Kos, crazy about Kos, and when the big bad Hunter comes into their turf they cause the moon to give birth to something that just happens to have the upper half of Orphan sewn onto it? Please.
Hell it fits into the bit about why the School of Mensis do what it do; the School was trying to bait Kos with Mergo, but the one that answered was the Moon Presence since Kos is dead, and when the Blood Moon descends people turn into beasts and things get really fucked up, setting off the events of Bloodborne.
There's only one boss that's a spoiler and it's pretty obvious you're going to have to fight him anyway.
It's not like the names even spoil anything. It's a brand new IP so it's not like fighting Gascoine is a spoiler because he was a good guy in a previous game or something.
And this game doesn't tell you shit so everything we spoiler is just speculation
I don't get it, I'm getting better gems lategame anyways... way, way better than the garbage ones I'm getting in the exceptionally more artificially difficult chalice dungeons.
You must not have been in level 5 FRC dungeons then 'cuz any gems from there outclass the lategame gems by MILES.
If Sweet Child of Kos is a child of Kos,
Then who's Ebrietas a daughter of? Theres no way ebrietas a child of kosm because all Great one had magic abortions
Is Kosmos different from Kos/Kosm?
Daughter of the cosmos. 'the cosmos' doesnt sounds like a being in this context, more like 'the universe'

Ebrietas was probably a Celestial Child the Healing Church found back when they were uncovering the dungeons, after a couple hundred years she grew into the spaghetti monster she is today.
Since Arianna gives birth to a Celestial Child after getting knocked up by Oedon, I figure Ebrietas is a child of Oedon.
On NG, Is it best to start the DLC ASAP or just before the end?
On NG, Is it best to start the DLC ASAP or just before the end?
I started the dlc at lvl 65 and with a +8 hammer and it's still a challenge. so pretty late game, although you can probably beat the bosses with two good summons.

Except they're not the same sorry.
The facial structure is completely different.
Literally the only thing even remotely similar between the 2 is a humanoid form (not including the mass of corpses that cover One's lower half.
Besides, judging by their size, i'd almost say they're probably from Pthumerian mothers or from that era.
You've all probably seen it, but in case you haven't, here's Nelson (Yukas) having a full blown breakdown because of a guy who just... runs away.

I needed a good laugh and this one provided.

Also doing the low level Ricard PvP has helped my regular play considerably, going back to my regular build I was able to kill practically anyone I came across, it's starting to feel real good. Hopefully I'll be good enough to handle the scummiest of scumbags in Dark Souls 3 when it comes out.
dark souls 3 early game invasions are going to be painful since everyone already knows all the best twinking equipment locations due to the japanese version being released earlier

It's been this way with every game though I thought? At least this time we are getting a release on the same day on consoles as PC. Hell, at least DS3 is coming on PC, I bought a PS4 just for bloodborne and I still only have bloodborne and disgaea 5 on PS4, nothing else!

dark souls 2 on consoles wasn't that bad, partly because international release was at the same time, partly because invading was so difficult

Even if at this point I'm willing to do ANYTHING to make Bloodborne last longer, I can't bring myself to even enter ONE calice dungeon
One must have standards, even in videogames

Chalices are fine until you have to start farming materials for them. Took me forever to get Ritual 4s from Snatchers so i could get the Beast Claws.

I wish they were more accessable. I'd love to do a build around them but how annoying they are to get puts me off.

Weapon locations will be changed for the final release. They were just easily accessible in the network test so people can try them out. They did the same thing in DS2's network test.

he means people are going to look at a wiki or something to see where everything is because The Japanese version of the game is released earlier. Meaning they'll be able to plan a twink build in advanced to it being released in their region.
first boss of the bloodborne dlc is destroying me on NG+ at level 109; [sp]holy shit what a way to change up the boss at the half way mark[/sp]

When the second phase begins and the music starts blasting while being low on blood vials was when I could say "Fuck, I'm really in for it now."
I found the second phase to be waaaaaaay easier to deal with than the first. The first is full of dumb small attacks and random flailing, i hate it.

Would people really rush through a newly released game and not enjoy the new content just for a chance to make a twink build as early as possible?

Not gonna lie to you I loved abusing the way you could get the burial blade in your first playthrough through dying to the [sp]moonlight presence[/sp]
and terrorizing people coming into the nightmare of mensis with it, especially with abusing the spiders and rock guys there (as well as acting like a NPC hunter). Although I guess you can just get a burial blade through a chalice couldn't you?
I did this like right after the game came out and beat everything and it was hilarious because to people in their first playthrough it might've been the first time they saw the burial blade used on them. The messengers gift wasn't too well known about in the first week or so of the game being out either; it was so evil and fun. I could definitely see that happening in DS3

those 3 vials in the back of the room almost let me beat that fight. But I couldn't do it man, I failed
I have 30 arcane but kos parasite still deals bum damage.
Does it really meed seriois gemstone farming or what?
Where would I got gemstone for it putside of chalice?
Or is there any trick to use it?

to be fair, dark souls is a game you really have to play early on to get the full experiance
every day of souls 2 for me was filled with signs
EVERY location at every SL/M was just SIGNS
now it's very rare I'll see ANY in some locations like no mans warf unless at a lower SM
