Let me tell you. Sen's Fortress with Gravelord Phantoms isn't fun at all. Like, you have to deal with a few extra enemies in most zones, but here, they are everywhere.
I died within the first 10 minutes of the game.
Did the Steam conversion nerf the drop rate for Titanite slabs in Dark Souls 1? Over two days, I spent twelve hours trying to farm them from Darkwraiths. I got three full inventories of Titanite chunks, and only one titanite slab. Item discovery was 410 the whole time. Is my luck just extraordinarily shitty, or was it always this bad?
That's the worst argument dude, smh. "if you don't like the frosting, you should throw the whole cake into the garbage." There's a difference between summoning a dude/being summoned and doing stupid shit vs a guy showing up without your permission in your game with the express purpose of stopping you from having fun. I'll give you that the 1 time in the 100 or so invasions that I've had when a guy shows up intending to actually fight me is a fun and dynamic experience that spiced my game up. But that's not enough to justify the hour or so I've wasted getting lagged out/lagging other people out.
invaders aren't there to have an honorable duel, they're there to murder you without mercy the only other way you can get around them is by being a better fighter than everyone around you, a souls game and the online experiance is one in the same. It's a part of it. the way I got around invaders is by becoming REALLY fucking good at PVP and accepting the dying part. Invaders are pretty fucked only sometimes for me, at when it comes to hex spammers. though imho souls 1 is nothing but katana edgelords so if you're playing souls one then I take EVERYTHING back, I hate pvp in that game

I went there to get three chunks once because I had no souls at the time and clearing the area usually gives that many. After clearing the Darkwraiths, I got zero chunks and five slabs.
I created a new group for Bloodborne/Souls in PSN communities. Facepuncher Souls I know, i suck with names. So join and make it better
am I an edgelord for preferring fast weapons cmon man
I don't know, man, was Hitler an edgelord for attempting genocide? Huh? Huh?
God i just...i hate the end-game areas. Yahar'gul and Mensis are full of so much bullshit, i hate them so much.
am I an edgelord for preferring fast weapons cmon man
dagger poking is the way to go gotta poke a few holes in some of those huge poise armor else they might get a bit hot in there [editline]11th December 2015[/editline] i've taken a liking to the black crystal dagger too but it's mainly aesthetic-wise for a mage character and the moveset that resembles the dirk
[sp]any other way to get the milkweed rune than completing the dlc storyline? of course I killed the lady strapped to the chair on my arcane build... fml [/sp]

Well at least there's Nioh for katana super pleasure :v:

I got the Parish experience with the nonstop twinks, but other than that it was actually alright. I'm not pretending to have an honorable duel, I'm just kinda aiming to not waste my time with asinine bullshit. For example, fighting someone like Jewster Thomas is actually really fun, but if I go and fight someone doing pretty much the exact same build online it's gonna be a unfun lagfest. Maybe it doesn't help that I only get invaded by Washing Pole dickheads but wow, it's just consistently been a serious waste of time for both parties involved, so that's why I'm so negative about it. Besides, looking back on this thread, when you guys talk about Dark Souls 3 PvP you don't go "woo gonna pvp in a new game!!!!" you go "oh boy twinks.......". That's apprehension, dude, and it's there for a reason. It's a really half assed feature.

But I snigger internally knowing how evil some will be
I was thinking of going in DS2 on a Sephiroth build. A decent reason to use the Katanas, no? Plus, I've never really used the washing pole before.

Aah fuck me, why did I go to NG+ on my SK/BT build, going through the DLC to get the new weapons is going to be an impossible nightmare.
I have a question. What exactly causes a soft ban in ds2:sotfs?
The Old Hunters feels very Dark Souls, and it rules. Also the OST is INCREDIBLE, they've somehow stepped it up even more.
I just started The Old Hunters, hot damn is it hard for a level 40. I figured it unlocked after Amelia because someone who can beat Amelia should be able to do at least the beginning. I've just been gitting gud to get through it, but I feel like I'm not really experiencing it when I run past a lot of enemies lol.
I have a question. Or just blatantly hacking sometimes, maybe, rarely.

The only time you get softbanned is if you attempt to change your soul memory or your character's save file, which automatically flags you. But doing hacks like infinite health, duplicating items, or crazy customized weapon/ spells won't trigger it because they're not tied to the character's soul memory or save file.

I just found it the other day and it has a beautiful moveset but I don't know if it would replace my saw spear. those animations are top notch

I'm at NG+ so it needs blood chunks to be able to do anything in the main game [editline]11th December 2015[/editline] I'm dumb, I'll just go test it in a dungeon
