there's supposed to be like 60+ characters right? i can't see why they would leave him out.
And it has voice acting too doesn't it?
Shit that is a lot of characters to voice
Would they get the people from the movies to voice the characters in game?

Got my copy of Lego City Undercover today and just... it's great. I recommend it to everyone. It's really fun, it's got really good humour, the characters are likeable and charming and the world is absolutely dauntingly huge. It's immense. It even has a good combat system.

Lego City undercover IS amazingly fun.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to find at least 70% of the collectibles until you beat the game and unlock all of your abilities.
Also, the Nintendo is strong in this one, spoilers below for all of the Nintendo Easter eggs I have found;
[sp]Piranha plant in a pipe that shoots fireballs, warp pipe that takes you to Liberty Island, a red brick that allows you to wear Mario's hat, coin blocks hidden all over the place, buildable stars, a giant star balloon, buildable Bob-Omb and Bullet Bill, Bus called "Epona", Cheep-Cheeps can be fished out of the ocean, in a tunnel you can activate a cutscene showing a Cheep-Cheep being chased by a shark, a buildable Dry Bones in the museum, Chase references Donkey Kong in a secret area of the mine level, there is a end of level flag somewhere, a wiggler roams some hills somewhere, and a certain vehicle's default colors are Yoshi's color scheme, complete with saddle.[/sp]
All of the ones I know of and have found.

So like all the other Lego Games?

It's more like Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts with the vehicle parts, but on a much grander scale.

forgot to post this the other day
I'm glad they went for their own take on characters' voices rather than getting terrible impersonators.
If anyone is playing Lego City Undercover, this page has some promo codes:

Hey, Lego. Do you know what we want? A Lego Creator 2013.
Oh yes, LEGO games. I played Lego Racers, Lego Racers 2, Lego Island, Lego Island 2, Lego Stunt Rally, Lego Star Wars, Lego Star Wars 2 and a bit of Lego Star Wars 3. Maybe even some more. And theyre all AWESOME.
Do you remember that crazy car race in Lego Island 1? I can remember that you were driving into a cave and then seeing the weirdest shit, does anyone have a video or some pictures? Oh god, i want to play that now.

The cave part scared the hell out of me because I was 5 years old when I was playing to, so seeing a bigass skeleton kicking your car back off the track was not the best part of this race.
Also, this map...

I'm stuck here, i can't cross the bridge and there's nothing back. What do i do?
Uh Obi Wan should be on the other side. You kill the Storm Troopers and Obi makes a bridge with those gray bricks.

Yeah except obi-wan doesn't spawn. That's the issue.
Everyone needs to try out Lego Batman 3. So far I played this one the most out of all TT Games' LEGO stuff, mostly because it's 'open-world-ish' and has a LOT of DC Comics characters. I have 95% completion on it and every single achievement asides from 100% completion one, and I really like the game. I still can't get over the fact that TT Games refuses to make online co-op in any of their games, I have a friend I want to play through all of their games with but he lives in a different country, so only real way for us to play is through screen sharing and that didn't really work last time we tried.
shit son I just realised that I posted in this thread two years ago. fuck
oh great, i had no idea this thread existed, i've contemplated making one for a while now but never got to it.
anyone else here have lego jurassic world? i've just beat the first film, and tbh i'm not all that crazed on it, i feel like there's a lot to do that i don't want to do, but it is neat to play through the movies. lego lotr, dc and marvel on the other hand, i feel, did the open-world aspect much better.
Sorry, you need to Log In to post a reply to this thread.
