i bought portable ops and peace walker at the same time to play through them
and i really wanted to play peace walker but I HAD TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED
i was furious when i found out they just ignore portable ops because it was shit and i had to play it
I really want to play Peace Walker, but the fact that it's only PSP/PS3 is one hell of an annoyance. The lack of PS2 port is absolutely annoying.

Dunno if it helps but it's for Xbox360 too. You can emulate it pretty well as well, but it only runs at 20 fps or some shit

I know plenty of people who are as bad as DSP but don't have the shitty attitude. Combine a sub-par console gamer with no reaction times with the myriad of shitty attitudes present in a given population and you get one DSP.

Just emulate it. It could run on a toaster since PPSSPP has come a long way and it's pretty fast.
PW has a 20fps limit tho.
I'm a bit sad that Kaz doesn't sing RULES OF NATURE when you codec him on the MGR sign, especially when you're Raiden on the Jamais Vu mission.

Not really, those small fixes on the page I linked before are all you need.
As for how to get the game itself, I have no idea. I played it a long while ago, but I'm pretty sure it was warez that someone installed, since I can't find a disk.

So far this is the advantage the PS3 has over the PS4 Ground Zeroes.
