My bet is Kojima was playing a dev build and simply used the GZ model. He seemed to test some new things that probably weren't model specific.
Isn't the GZ suit a bonus in TPP for people who played GZ?
Is it possible to add custom music to the walkman in GZ?
Is it possible to add custom music to the walkman in GZ?
officially? no. But if you have a pc and the know how, you can add your own music.
Is it possible to add custom music to the walkman in GZ?
If you're talking about the PC version, then what Hogie bear said. But you can in the console versions, with the exception of the PS4 version.
Isn't the GZ suit a bonus in TPP for people who played GZ?
It's possible but I think Kojima with his attention to detail would make it a suit for the Venom Snake model than straight port. Again we are talking about video that was probably a dev build.
Am I missing something in GZ? When you dive, Snake get's right back up to the last state he was in (standing or crouching) instead of staying prone. It seems very counter intuitive. This has broken many a stealth run for me.
i was looking foward to a sneaking suit but with the prosthetic i hope they dont reuse the model
We've already seen a TPP-specific sneaking suit with all the appropriate details in the TGS videos. I imagine if the GZ sneaking suit is made available as a bonus they'll update it, but who knows.
Pretty sure you're supposed to hold the dive button until you're prone. It also works when the animation glitches and snake is suddenly upright when diving down from a tall structure.
Hello, Don't have much to add to this discussion other than to say, yes we will be adding in the beta as an official patch so that players can play the game with the fixes implemented without having to switch to beta opt-in. People will remember only the good part, the right part about what you did. Oh that reminds me...we're also going to be dropping in something new for Steam users soon...can't say much for now. Remember silence beats talk.
http://steamcommunity.com/app/311340/discussions/0/613948093871262733/#c613948093874474965

and will then crawl^
Pretty sure you're supposed to hold the dive button until you're prone. I always found it pretty annoying that you had to stay still for a second to continue crawling, even though chances are you dove because someone became cautious of you and you wanted to be as quick as possible to crawl away.

If you release the forward key and immediately press it again during the dive, you'll stay prone as you move forward. That's the pc version anyway. Not sure if the controller equivalent of that input would do the same thing.
yeah! this is prob the best track in the game. why isn't there an official track for it? (that i can find)
I found this lying around on an old downloaded pack I got a few years ago from The SnakeSoup forums that ripped most of the music and ambient stuff like small tidbits and loops from codec conversations from the game series. Yeah it's a shame that there isn't an official release nor the actual name of the artist that composed it.

I've actually thought about making a video tutorial on how to properly use the dive/cover functions for Ground Zeroes. It's very important for proper sneaking and stealth.
