There's going to be a new trailer at E3.
3 E3's in a row. Ernrnrn Kojima.
Deeply regretted missing out on the Gun Metal PS3, not missing out on this one.
I'm happy for you brother. I wish I could get it.
I almost don't want to see another trailer. I feel like I've seen so much already. Who am I kidding, give it to me kojima.
Considering I enjoyed Ground Zeroes enough to actually check out the trailers for TPP and that the Nuclear one basically helped convince me to play the series GIVE IT TO ME KOJIMA, MORE TRAILERS.
I wonder if this one will be leaked like the one last year did. Would be pretty sad, but I'm interested in seeing how things play out.
I wonder if this one will be leaked like the one last year did. Would be pretty sad, but I'm interested in seeing how things play out.
If IGN is in charge they probably will leak it by accident again.
If IGN is in charge they probably will leak it by accident again.
I wonder if Konami gave them a stern talking to for that, or any other repercussions. I know that Ubisoft didn't invite Kotaku to their conference because they leaked so many ACs before, but that's a bit more severe.
I don't understand the whole thing around leaks anyway... So what if something was leaked a few days before the date? It was gonna be shown to the public anyway. At least in what comes to trailers and things that ARE supposed to be shown.
I don't understand the whole thing around leaks anyway... So what if something was leaked a few days before the date? It was gonna be shown to the public anyway.
Journalists want exclusive stories so that their websites get more traffic, which can be a scummy breach of trust. Game companies want to properly build hype by releasing when they deem it best. Especially around this time of year with E3 coming up, if something gets leaked before the "big reveal", it won't seem as substantial and people won't tune in.

Ah, I see. Makes sense. [editline]11th June 2015[/editline]

The best B&B in there aswell
Ah, I see. Makes sense. [editline]11th June 2015[/editline] The best B&B in there aswell
I'd personally put Raging Beauty as a close second to Laughing Beauty in terms of appearance, but that's just a matter of tastes. That is, after all, the most memorable thing about the B&B unit.

(are we gonna count sexy outfits aswell? Oh, I'll just go ahead and say Screaming "21st Street Crew Angie" Mantis sucks at everything)

http://metal-gear.net/2015/06/09/micro-transactions-found-in-mgsv/ oh no
“The second point worries me more: I believe to have found micro transactions in the game. I’ll explain my findings so you can form your own opinion. when you are expanding your base, you generally assign labors to a team. You can even sen groups of soldiers to complete simple missions by paying them.” “Up until now, all is good. The problem is that once i requested an operation that would last, say 4 hours, and I noticed an option to finish it immediately. After selecting it I got an error message that indicated that certain options were not available without PSN access. Does this mean it requires a payment to be authorized to complete these time related tasks? This does not confirm in any way there are micro transactions, it is though a red light for me. Let’s grant Konami and Kojima Productions the benefit of the doubt, it could be an online interaction with Ground Zeroes or an app for i0S or Android. In any case, and even though if they are micro transactions, it would be important to judge how they are imp implemented.”

Acquittance of mine told me some (possibly) very bad things concerning MGS5. He was part of the press that was able to play MGS5 for 2 days and he returned VERY disappointed (he's a long time fan of the series) *how do you make 'blurry text'?
[sp]Prologue has been universally praised as a jaw dropper by literally everyone there. Some even saying it might be his finest moment in the entire franchise. "We need to resurrect Outer Heaven (I'm assuming he's talking about DD here) to get revenge BECAUSE." if your friend was a fan of the series he'd know the entire reason for this especially after being able to witness the prologue. I'm pretty sure the whole 20 missions being 40$ is absolute bullshit since every tester so far has said what they got was barely scraping the barrel. Not to mention no one even got close to finishing a decent chunk of it all.[/sp] At the end of the day this is a "my friend said x, x and x" so no one should take any of this to heart but I find it extra hard to believe given there's basically everyone else who played it saying the exact opposite of what your friend said. [editline]11th June 2015[/editline]
http://metal-gear.net/2015/06/09/micro-transactions-found-in-mgsv/ oh no
This isn't dungeon keeper where it would actually take 4 hours to do something. Pretty sure people have said you can research the rocket launcher and have it delivered almost instantly which is the same for most research projects. Y'all need to start cross-checking this info with whats been said by the rest of the testers.
I'm a sucker for games with lots of hidden shit to find and do and I'm pretty sure MGSV will give me a heart attack from too many orgasms
http://metal-gear.net/2015/06/09/micro-transactions-found-in-mgsv/ oh no
That definitely sounds like micro-transaction stuff, but it doesn't confirm it. But if this is the only case it's used in I don't know if I mind. I would only really mind if there was gear locked behind pay walls or some shit.
While microtransactions would be seriously dumb (but unsurprising considering Konami), let's be fair here; unlike Dungeon Keeper, there's shit we can actually do, I could go play earlier missions for S-Ranks while waiting for things to clear over, or build my base, or go play MGO. And the PC version can probably be easily modded to kill the wait times.

Yeah no sorry but no one wants pay to not grind/wait bullshit in their singleplayer $60 game.

I'm not sure that I like the sound of stuff like buddy permadeath, or not finding DD and he's gone forever. I just know I'm going to fuck up my save and miss out at some point.

why is he saying he completed 40% of the game as well, that's total bullshit.
I imagine they'd be pretty hard to miss. It seems like they want you to find them and play with them, due to all the advertising they get. As for the permadeath, that's kind of a bummer, but I think they'll be pretty powerful so you'll have to get in some pretty shitty situations for them to die. Hopefully if things get too bad you can tell them to go back to HQ.
Is this guys and the review before by the same person? They can't both be 40% that's ridiculous.
Maybe quiet is an assassin sent to DD to kill Big Boss, which is why in the trailers she's in handcuffs and stabs some DD members.
