Kinda like how adding first-person aiming and tranq weapons to Twin Snakes shattered its difficulty since the maps were pretty much identical. That's not to say I wouldn't still love to see it, though. MGSV's gameplay is so much fun that I keep going back to romp through Ground Zeroes, even though I've already 100%'d it. Even if Phanom Pain's story is shit, my body craves this game just so I can play around with it more. I am [B]so[/B] happy that they're including a level creator.
With how hi-tech MGS is, I'm surprised there haven't been any space missions or mentions of space stations

I'd rather Metal Gear 1 and 2 get remade, since MGS1 hasn't aged poorly. It's actually aged pretty well.
Honestly Shadow Moses would have to be remade from the ground up. Mostly speaking scale-wise, the core layout would work but they'd need to scale things up so that they account for the modern camera and shooting mechanics (even Twin Snakes made the game super easy because of first person/free aim, from what I hear) and chuck in more detail into the design to make it more interesting and to suit the deeper gameplay. At this point, a new version of MGS1 would have to be more of a reimagining, rather than a remake.
MGS1 doesn't need another remake. It's fine as it is. MG1 and 2, however...
I vote for the entire series being remade on Fox Engine. Including the non canon ones.
I'll gladly take fox engine remakes for every game for the next 5-10 years if that means MGS5 is the last game in the series. Seriously, the series needs to end already.

Can you guys give me some advice on how to beat Vulcan Raven in MGS1? I've tried getting behind him and shooting him with a stinger, but then at some point he starts running around extremely fast and shooting crates down, and at that point I feel like I get almost no opportunity to get behind him and shoot him again. Each fight ends up dragging on forever, and then I eventually die before I can whittle all his health down. Any tips?

I tried throwing a stun but it had no effect on him.[/QUOTE] You got to catch him with the nikita around a corner. If it's just going down a hallway that he can have line of sight on he'll shoot it. As for getting stunlocked, you should have a short time where you're invulnerable after getting shot where you can get up and run out of sight. Whenever I do the boss I use mostly c4 and the nikita so I know it works pretty well.
