What does it mean?
Sutherland has been a cover this entire time. The real Master Sutherland was found dead in his home not too long ago. The "Keifer Sutherland" we saw was a fake. Who was pretending to be Sutherland? Take a guess.

I just sorta put it down on the table next to him and I was like "V FOR VICTORY". He's a pretty cool guy. Can't wait to build it, excuse the poor quality of the picture.
Did he speak to you in his dulcet tones?
Hell yeah he did. It was awesome.
hey man I saw the movie that screencap of David hayter is from, it's called Devil's Mile a friend of my dads directed it, shit was cash. got to attend the premiere
Wait what.
Speaking of things David Hayter is in, turns out he lends his voice in two episodes of this WWI Documentary I have on VHS. Also, Liam Neeson voices Hitler in it.
Wait what.
David Hayter starred in a low budget horror movie called Devil's Mile. He plays a crazed mob enforcer who gets attacked by a demon ghost.
a friend of my dads directed it, shit was cash. got to attend the premiere
This was.
No thats not the part i was talking about. This was.
oh I saw the premire of it. It was in a theatre in toronto, not terribly exciting but it was fun
i think the point was, "who the fuck is the director"
PW on the HD collection is pretty easy in general. The stealth is very forgiving, head shots are hilariously easy when you can stand 15 feet away and take your time aiming, and the bosses have pretty predictable moves with plenty of time to react.
that's because you can aim with an analog stick and not buttons
here's another metal gear. i call it "Metal Gear NOT REX" [t]http://i.imgur.com/wbu8C25.png[/t]
And then 15 years later producing a Metal Gear that is less functional and is basically a walking chicken mech.
And then 15 years later producing a Metal Gear that is less functional and is basically a walking chicken mech.
I'm sure they'll be retconing that. Though while they're at it, they may as well retcon PW metal gears to be more primitive than they are portrayed.

My guess is that Cipher, and consequently the Patriots, were working on one branch of Metal Gear designs, thus why you have the advanced machines in Peace Walker that come to this and then eventually REX on Shadow Moses. Meanwhile, Dr. Madnar is forced to make an equivalent that is on a completely different branch jostled together either from old Shagohod and Granin concepts or outright entirely new design-wise while loosely inspired by what Big Boss had fought and even made over the years.
I'll just chalk it up to Armstech trying to keep the cost down since it was already so damn expensive. They'd want REX to be piloted instead of automated to prevent hacking

GODDAMNIT THAT WAS GOING TO BE MY FIFTH FIG FROM THAT CON ASDFGHJKL;' lucky son of a bitch [editline]16th February 2015[/editline] also i was mgs1 solid snake and one of my hotel roommates was punished snake/ naked snake
Right now I'm facing 3 RAYs in MGS2. Do I have to beat those three at the same time?
And then 15 years later producing a Metal Gear that is less functional and is basically a walking chicken mech.
I don't get why people keep saying this. REX was basically invulnerable and Liquid didn't know how to pilot it, plus he was hardly going to use the very destructive weaponry in a building that could collapse on him. The only reason you even manage to beat him (not even destroying REX) is because Grey Fox intervened and Ocelot is an idiot who intentionally designed a weak point to be poetic. Also, I forgot the original has that shitty metal gear that barely move. That's basically non-cannon by now anyway. I'm sure we'll see a retcon of that after MGSV.

Really killed the buzz for me in MGS4 when it could jog around and do high kicks.
Pretty sure they're talking about the TX-55 & MG-D
Yeah that's why I added the last bit. I completely forgot that the original Metal Gear had a metal gear in it.

It's not piloted or enabled, you're just pre-emptively destroying it before it can be used while the security systems try ad nauseum to blast you. The second Metal Gear in MG2 [natch] actually does stomp around, but its pattern is so simple it's ridiculous. I think only the first game really needs a remake of any sort, since MG2 is so much like MGS1 in many ways that it's one of those cases where you have to wonder if it's really worth the whole shebang.
kojima posted pics of snake with DD and bandages
What? Unexpectedly Snake got bandage on when back in to chopper! Why?!
