I saw a bank in Luftahraan and I'm wondering if it's going to be functional? Like you can actually make deposits and place more banks around the Skyrim or something. If you do want to make it functional I know how to do that so let me know if you decide you want to make it.
Make it functional.
Also I saw that the vault contains way too much in ways of riches so im on the drawing board about the vault design that will later evolve into an oceans eleven quest.
Proudspire manor costs 25 000+ 11 000 gold.
And it wouldn't make sense bank tho have less than that.
BTW, it's going to be guarded by really highlevel KGB officer.
What about it's guarded by a high-level KGB officer, a dungeon maze, a buttload of traps and other stuff, some cool creatures and shit. I mean if we're gonna have a reward of 32k gold then the player better fight for it.
[editline]17th June 2012[/editline]
36k even.
And the lock should be key only, and only banker has it.
And he always hangs out with KGB officers.

Alright I'll start on it in like 10 min
The Oceans bank heist quest would basically start out with the current bankman sort of tricking you, and then some dude invites you in to this heist they're planning, and things go on and back and somehow they managed to remove most threats and such and then you get in with some others to steal the stuff and theeeeen you get a share.

And steez i hope you're not talking about the quest because that's still on the drawingboard :P
No I meant I'll start on making the bank functional

So I made 2 Npc's in the bank and I tried to give them dialogue. So I made the quest and set it all up but the dialogue options won't appear. I can't figure out why they won't show up but if anyone can make the dialogue for them I'll put the scripts on it.All you have to do is make a new quest and make a dialogue branch in the Dialogue Views tab. After that I'll put the scripts on it and the bank will be completely functional. For now I'm done trying to get the quest to work but I'll try to get it to work again later if no one can make the dialogue.
- Made 2 Npc's for the bank
- Made the Scripts for the bank

I bet we don't have anyone who is good enough with quests.
I'm writing a Monty Python vault for New Vegas. I guess i could try my hand at some quest of a whimsical grade of silliness. One or two of those could be a nice change of pace.
Did I mention that my aunt who is a professional screenplay writer and play director (who's been working with it for 40 some years) was interested in making a quest for this since she never did anything game related before?
So we might have someone good at making quests by the end of the summer ;)

It's not a matter of getting someone that is good enough with quests. It's a matter of learning how to do them.
I already have made a semi-advanced quest that's already in the mod. Any problems that I will come across will be solved by getting help from the TES forums and creation kit wiki.

Well I didn't make the quest wrong because I tried it again with a new mod yesterday and it worked perfectly so I don't know what the problem is
I recruited this guy called Agamashi. He has been a follower of my stream since forever and I just played through his dungeon and he did a fantastic job.
I think he will introduce himself soon so... yeah. I guess we have a new editor on our hands :)
Are you going to do another dungeon contest? I didn't get to make my dungeon as good as I wanted to because my data folder was corrupted and I had to re-make from scratch. Made it in 10 hours so I didn't get to add anything that has to do with scripting. Also are we aloud to fix the issues with the dungeons or are you going to?
Majority of the interiors are starting to be done?

90% of the interiors have layouts

Paaaartaaay time?
Alright so I have an idea on the structure of the main quest;
You know in Noshogun's quest there were two ways it could go? You know, like Mass Effect with Paragon and Renegade (but nothing so complicated)
I so happen to have two quests up my sleeve of a similar nature (First you help two sons bust their father out of the slave portion of the mines, can pick whether to just turn them in or to rescue the father. Second one is hunting down a researcher gone rogue who has been experimenting on argonians to make super-soldiers. You can pick whether to bring the research back to the KGB, to keep it, or to destroy it).
How I'm thinking this could work is depending on which side you have favored more determines which side approaches you for the initiation of the final quest. So if you turn people and things into the KGB more often, then the Sovereign will approach you with the job. If you favor the people more often the Peasant rebellion will approach you.
I feel like that would be a way to have a number of choice-based quests without it getting quite as hard to deal with.

Lots of choke points where you could change loyalty but take a hit in personal honor. Stuff like that essentially.

I like this. It doesn't seem to be too complicated to make and the "Super soldier argonians" will be pretty cool to implement into the game. As in the player could find notes about these soldiers somewhere and then he finally meets them and they are hard as fuck.
That'd be pretty fun I think.
But yeah I like having quests that have choices but aren't too complicated.

I got scared twice by a Sabre Cat today, once while I was looking in a small room in a cave, and just as I turned around I saw a lot of fur, just before a pounce that almost paralysed me IRL. My heart was a little racy for a few minutes.
Your welcome wheeze. Jim the sabrecat says hi

So can i clutter now? or can someone point me in the direction of something that needs layout.

here is a list of the characters, not sure if any of them are already moved in but if you find one you like, choose an interior and clutter it to match the Npc you put in it.

Don't put a character in a house. The writers department have not published a proper list of characters. Do a layout or make the city look prettier or something.
There are still some house layouts that have yet to be done.

Like I said; This is not a usable list of characters.
Keep still has couple of unfinished towers?
