Iirc someone earlier mentioned an idea of an arena. I was thinking that one could be placed underground near the dwemer ruins so that the prisoners and slaves can pass the time betting on fights or beating each other to death in peace. Perhaps only a few guards would be present and betting themselves, and the player could choose to bet as well or even participate in the actual fights. Fights could range from the usual animal vs animal or include humans, although usually fists only. Some normally respectable citizens of the city could use a secret passage to access the fight club and participate in some fairly illicit activities.

It's perfect! :v:
Say when you're editing and i'll add you to the contributors list.

Il start working on the museum as soon as im at home tomorrow
A while back people were tossing around the idea of a rich person who turned out to be a vampire, that person could be Garry. He needs to come off as a person who just gets away with doing whatever he wants and is of a chaotic nutral alignment. (starting problems in the town just for the fun of it) Also there should also be a book somewhere in the the town about the towns founder "Oskutin"
Screw vampires, he should be a shapeshifter. During day time he'll be a unusually large mudcrab by the river, at night he'll shape shift into a human then walk into the leaders home, they'll both be talking in the leaders office so you can sneak in to listen in on them, the shape shifter says some sort of order, like having sacrifices brought to him or something. There can be a quest to expose the shape shifter and rally the town into killing him, the player then becomes the new leader. But yeah, I may start editing soon, so far I'm practicing right now with Creation Kit.
Well need whole questline about leaders bussinesses and corruption and else.
I think I'm going to start with something basic. I have an idea for an oddities shop of sorts but that a little too complicated for me right now.
Make oddities stall :v:
Im going to finish watching the tutorial vids and mess around making stuff for a while. Then I'll grab the file if its not being worked on and do the interior for a house or two.
-Snip- I'm just being impatient.
-snip- wrong thread
wrong thread? :v:
vaginas
Holy shit, yes.
This thread it pretty fast, so i'll paste the newst link here: http://www.1337upload.net/files/2uusimaa.zip
Do the NPC's have the skyrim version of our names, also is there a picture or something to tell us which building has been used by someone else? Or will we figure that out when we edit the file? :v:
What you mean? To add characters? Or to add interior?
I think he thinks we are just programming ourselves into the game.
I've put down markers in the editor for the places I've made/dicked with.
Yeah this is what I meant. About the Skyrim name thing, that's what I thought everyone is doing with the whole voice acting thing.
I'mma edit the ESP, have a shot at giving Aengoth/Pvt Martin's character a house and some dialogue.
Yeah this is what I meant. About the Skyrim name thing, that's what I thought everyone is doing with the whole voice acting thing.
Um we're not..? We're simply trying to get voice actors for the city's inhabitants. It would be cool if in the far future we could add versions of our own Skyrim characters to the city.
Um we're not..? We're simply trying to get voice actors for the city's inhabitants. It would be cool if in the far future we could add versions of our own Skyrim characters to the city.
That would be most rad.
So I had an idea for a building but I want to get your opinions. So its a bath house of sorts built over dwemer ruins. The steam from the random pipes keeps it warm. Then I could make a quest where the pool is getting cold and you have to go down into the ruins below it to turn the pipes back on. Good idea or not?
Um we're not..? We're simply trying to get voice actors for the city's inhabitants. It would be cool if in the far future we could add versions of our own Skyrim characters to the city.
oh. I'm dumb.
Alright. I did a test run with an old version of the esm, and I think I got it down. Next time I'm on and its not being worked on I'll put in some interiors for the middle class housing.
Seeing as I can only find one NPC and he's surrounded by random enchanted weapons, I'd say this is probably him:
I still remember how to make npc's with the creation kit. Just tell me how to save him to a file and link it here, and he's good to go :3
Ive got an idea. How about someone in the town is designing a weapon, like a crossbow, or something, and needs you to get some things for him, and depending on what you get him, the weapon changes? If you get him fire salts, for example, It will do fire damage. And, after you do the quest, You can get the weapon from him?
