If you mean load as in getting the BSA's contents to show up in-game/in-editor, it really should be as simple as placing it in your Skyrim/Data folder, but if that doesn't work, you could always just extract its contents to your data folder.

We should make sure that all the side quests will be noticeable whilst doing the main quest.
And make sure that all the side quests+main quests will make the player go to all the areas that we've made.
That way the player will explore everything resulting in more gameplay and it would give it a professional streamlined feel.

More people should stream their work live. This way people can contribute their ideas while the person is working, allowing for better and more creative areas.

Try making a pirate outfit based on the ones from oblivion. Also seem the pirates should use a scimitar as their default weapon.
It needs more polygons and some borders to the clothes.

When you start with your quest, G-Strogg?
So I want to have tavern music in my sewer pub.
But the only way I know how to assign different music to a room is to create an entirely new cell. I know how to assign different a acoustic space to a room but not music.
Should I make an entirely new cell just for the tavern ? Or should I just keep it with no music at all ?

Sewer beggar district pretty much 99% completed.
-All beggars have a simple daily routine
-Added a new "core" (circular room) to house more beggars.
-Added navmesh to the beggar district of the sewers
-Up to 9 new NPC's created, 6 of them have daily routines.
-Barkeep added with rumor and vendor dialogue
-Added lowlife trader(skooma, shivs, poisons etc.)
-Finished the third core with a caved in area with water leaking and such.

Sorry I would do farms tonight but I just found an opportunity to watch a potentially great movie (The Grey).

Oskutin, I realize you're worried about the future of the project, but as long as schoolwork isn't in the way, I will work. I have a lot of schoolwork now though...Anyhow, if the project isn't finished by the end of April, I will start working several hours a day on it.

Yeah if I will get enough credit I will keep up the 4-7hours of CK work a day.
I just gotta finish my dungeon pack first so that I can focus completely on this project.
