Should i begin cluttering somethings a bit just let me know what has to be

So, I came up with yet another idea for Luft. This time, something more lighthearted. A hat shop, or haberdashery, if you feel so inclined. I can probably slap together some cosmetic items in Blender and Nifskope them. The one thing Skyrim needs is more hats, and I'd like to fill that void. With hats. So that's what I'll do. I've got Spring Break coming up soon, so I'll start taking requests for hats and sending them off to one of the main designers as I make them, if we decide to go with a hat shop. Because, really, who doesn't want to have a fancy hat while strolling around Luftahraan?

I can do voice acting, I have a nice Red5studio condenser microphone I use for singing but works great for other stuff aswell. Also writing. [editline]22nd March 2012[/editline] Also I'm swedish so I can do a proper skyrim accent.

I'll think that the every custom conent should be added to .bsa now, there's still missing some of them.

This completely messes up the look of the house...
I'd do the positioning in blender. The less poking around in nifskope, the better.
Remember to ship your older models too. And i'll add the .bsa to OP.

If we're ever making a main story for the city, how about it be something like finding a Jarl for the city or something, like the last one died a year ago or something.

If we could find a good way to combine ESP's then we can have people working on it simultaneously. The limit would be that there could only be 1 working on each cell. So there could be 3 guys working on the same time 2 creating different house interiors then 1 doing some city decorations or something.

Alright, can someone point me toward a tutorial for how hats in Skyrim work? I'm rather confused about how they're positioned on the body. I'm guessing there's an origin point in the head, but I've been wrong before.

It can corrupt mods and shit. And I heard Tes5Snip is a better tool that is in development.
