I sent an example dialogue script to Root66 (the awesome voice actor).
I just took the dialogue out of a thieves guild quest and put it into a .txt file and wrote down ofc that we would have much more organized and detailed dialogue script for him.
But yeah we soon should be able to estimate how much he costs as a voice actor.

You'll need do do some quest for them first (contact in the inn or something), after it he'll allows you to meet the captain.

Hmm.. I just found out you can change an NPC's package, inventory, script, combat style, faction and even name within a quest alias. (meaning you can change these things during a quest and then have them change when quest is done)
That is so fucking handy. Basically doing lots of scripting for you.

That isn't a script that is supposed to be voiced. It's just an example script to estimate how much this voice actor costs.
Would a mercenary faction/guild residing inside the city be fitting? Like the Companions except they don't care how messy the job is as long as they get paid.

Looks cool, but IMO a handguard lik that only fits with sabers/rapiers.

Well it's like a BIG rapier. I don't think the handgaurd would obstruct the swinging in any way even though it's a 2 handed weapon.
