Zeldar is already working on another quest idea. I'll use what ever is the best idea.
Actually I'm stumped on what to add to replace the lighthouse quest. I've thought of creating a minor conflict between the pirates and the KGB to portray the tension between the two groups, but I haven't gotten any farther than that. Honestly I wouldn't mind if vizard thought up of something as well.

We could make a parallel between the current world and Skyrim. The War on Drugs, where the KGB has been working hard to clear the streets of Skooma, but the pirates are continually bringing more and more in.

Do you even use OPALS?
It hasn't been announced what are you on about.

How does that make it useless? ctrl+f, take a sip of your drink, press enter.
not time-consuming at all.
It's shorter just to find it in the object window and place it into the world. It's rarely actually useful.

The KGB wouldn't care. They're the corrupt guards after all, and despite how they're irritated with the Sovereign's good relationship with the pirates, they get profit as well.
Maybe the regular guards?

Well we'll think of something, in the meanwhile could you check out the storyline I've posted above. Id like some feedback.
Hold up, hold up. I haven't been in here in a while, so somebody explain to me... Are the authorities really called the KGB? What does that stand for, and why are you using an acronym that matches up with a totally unrelated real-world force of authority?

so fucking useful

I love it. The idea has some conflicts with the whole "sovereign is vampire" thing, but even that isn't completely set in stone and I'm sure we'll have it sorted out in a meeting. Btw, feel free to create a quest to replace the lighthouse one for the pirates.

I left the quest ambiguous enough that a vampire sovereign would still work.
Yeah. But if it's his brother, he'd have to be pretty old. :v: Or maybe he's a vampire as well.

I was thinking that the Sovereign has always been led by a vampire, so at a very young age, both the current Sovereign and Novgorad became near immortal vampires, and if I may use a reference, they became vampires through a special ritual involving spearing the predecessing sovereign and drinking his blood.
Also I was thinking doomkiwi could voice Novgorad.
so fucking useful
I know right? Especially since Bethesda provides you with like 25 OPALS for exteriors, interiors, landscapes and clutter.
The fuck is OPALS ?
Ah, Wheeze, you're in for a world of joy :)

I'm astonished you actually managed to make all of those dungeons without using a single OPAL.
Hats off.
Will you be doing an update video today Wheeze?

I don't remember exactly but it's a setting you can set when you double click the lights. Similar to when you have to check Is Full LOD when objects are invisible.
(by the way don't do Is Full LOD on objects if they are invisible, this will be fixed later when we build LOD.)

Heres a video of me walking through luftahraan.
Whats the most recent file?
Also if you guys want to promote this project with some publicity then you can go ahead and upvote: http://redd.it/s1k3w
Well at least now I don't have to worry about recording Luftahraan footage anymore. I've had so much going on irl and in other games that I literally haven't had a minute of time for Skyrim in a while now. -_-

Seriously I have probably come across 10 different mind boggling problems and errors when creating 4 quest stages. This is ultimately maybe 10minutes of gameplay.
But this has been a tremendous learning experience so my next quest will probably not take so long.
This seems to be the most recent.
We need more contributors!
I'm a decent writer of dialogue, and I'd gladly write some one off side quests if it's wanted or needed. Also, are there supposed to be 2 different people named "Erundil" (the wizard and the Thalmor agent)?

Let's make fancy ads and spam them in the Skyrim megathread.
"Help Wanted" :v:

I think Oskutin is referring to the technical hard code, creation kit, papyrus modding. We have an extensive number of other contributors, but very little (maybe 5ish) on the technical side.
I understand that, just throwing my hat in the ring because want to help in any way I can. Also because writers block was mentioned and the front page lists a grand total of 2 writers.
