Fair enough.
Alright, Inacio I want your approval and to you lore buffs, this is about 95% lore friendly:

The death of the previous vampire lord of Luftahraan left the inner circle in shock. KGB operatives, high ranking guards, and secret advisors witnessed the rise and ascent of the newest heir, lord (BLANK), the fifth Vampirical Lord of Luftahraan. However, within the new Sovereign's mind, a torrent of fear and sorrow erupted. Death, and its consumption of life, reigned even within the immortal vampires.
Now, years far long ago, the Dwenmer were masters of technology. They had discovered the heart of Lorkhan, and felt its power pulsatin within the ground, and used it to create the Numidian. Now, the Dwenmer realized that they were missing a crucial part, the vessel of the heart. There on the foundations of Luftahraan, the Dwenmer of years ago created a hypothesis regarding the nature of the very peaceful and prosperous land above. They believed that the vessel was deep within Nirn.
They dug far within the ground, but one day, one fateful day, the Dwenmer of Red Mountain activitated the Numidian, and in an instant, the Dwenmer were one with the Kalpa and Mundus.
For centuries afterword, the Sovereigns of Luftahraan were left ignorant about this mystical thing within the depths. They had discovered the ruins of the Dwenmer, and yet remained unknown to the purpose. However, the predecesor to the current Sovereign realized this, and for years he had secret labor to find the vessel. What he discovered was astounding.
Deep within Nirn, far into the center, lay the very heart of Nirn, where the very vessels and chambers of the world was kept. Through ancient Dwenmer tomes, the Sovereign discovered that this area was key to true immortality; freedom from age, from injury, from desolation. Then, he died from a duel. The current Sovereign came to power.
With this goal in mind, he and a select few hurried to find a way into this part of Nirn. The Sovereign sent his brother, Novgorad, for fear that he may have known too much, and tried to take immortality for himself. In the end, the player becomes the catalyst for the beginning of the Sovereign's plans, but even the Sovereign does not realize the minds of those working for him. The KGB have their own designs, the mage within the tower has his own thoughts, and the player may have his own will to decide.

Thoughts? Criticisms?
The idea of a vampire bloodline sounds cool.

Wait, if he's the fifth vapirical lord, as in four have passed away before him, why would death only bother him now?
Yeah didn't realize it before but that's a good point.
Wait, if he's the fifth vapirical lord, as in four have passed away before him, why would death only bother him now?
Referring to my family tree, centuries have passed, maybe a millennia, since the past four lords, but this new lord is really young, vampirically speaking. He's maybe a century old, and he's got new ideas, bold thoughts, he doesn't want to be like the others before him. He wants to be something more, something different. He's only being bothered by death now because of what happened to the other vampires. He's always thought about it, just never had the resources until now.
Hope that was concise, my mind is addled at the moment, so sorry if it's confuzzling.
CHIM for you non lore buffs is basically a guy from TES saying "dude I'm just part of some dumbass's imagination! Holy fuuuuuuck."
-edit-
Me and Zeldar could incorporate everything into one story. I simply wrote a little back story. All things are easy to tie in.

So what you're saying is he's the bold visionary type.
I suppose the only problem was the way you described it was as if he felt like he suddenly was in a race with death, but that makes more sense to me.
I can see a scene with torch light spilling over maroon carpets laced with gold. A man robed to suit the room stands before you. He swishes wine in his hand while he describes exactly what heights he is about to take the world to, and exactly why you should be following him.
Is that the sort of vampire you're thinking of or am I mistaken?

Yes, and two I love you. I'm thinking how epic a vampire speech in a torchlit room would look like!
You guys should try do hammocks for the pirates, that would be really cool, and having them swaying back and forth would really add to the effect of the ship being on water. Although I can see the sleeping animation being conflicting.
Quick question, are there going to be custom guard voices?
not just that but its also like
holy shit im not real? this is like the matrix? i can do anything im the chosen one
then you can basically get godlike powers
One little suggestion, might it be fun to have the Soveriegn know about CHIM? Like you said it will be more of a side thing for people who know CHIM rather than throwing the concept in the faces of people who don't know lore, like:
Sovereign: "... and CHIM would take far too long, and contains too many risks. Thus the >Insert fancy, proper name for Dwemer Tower< is the only answer"
Player: "CHIM? what is CHIM?"
Sovereign: "Never mind it, it is nothing you could ever understand"
And that might set the stage to give the player some sort of idea when you add in the hints that the Feanor guy achieved CHIM.
Quick question, are there going to be custom guard voices?
Yes.
Also I believe one of the characters, a beggar in the sewers, sort of knows about CHIM. Except his knowledge of it has driven him insane. That and his bloodline tracing back to Sheogorath.
but a main selling point of chim is that you dont actually talk about chim
like, in skyrim, the chim reference is that priest talking about talos:
"But you were once man! Aye! And as man, you said, "Let me show you the power of Talos Stormcrown, born of the North, where my breath is long winter."
"I breathe now, in royalty, and reshape this land which is mine. I do this for you, Red Legions, for I love you."
Alright, never mind then.
You can either achieve CHIM, zero sum, or become insane basically. Sounds fun.
Well anyway:
1) There needs to be an iPhone Facepunch app, I hate having to constantly refresh!
2) we should focus on the next part to the Pirate's Guild, which I believe is the part where Norovir directs the player to get the money from some guy, so writers, start churning out dialogue and log entries please!
Flintlocks have already been made, but in my personal opinion i say we skip them.
Yeah and they are terrible.
I tried flintlocks once and it was terrible!
maybe a way to silence the sovereign is have the crazy beggar tell it to him and then he goes insane too
would be funny
And then he kills the beggar and becomes the final boss :v:
Hey guys, I'm new here. I have been watching your project progression for a while now. So, I started learning about creation kit a week ago. I just want to know if you need more people for modding because I would really like to contribute.

Looks more of some sort of "brotherhood in arms"-guild logo, "KGB" or any other conspiracy's logo could look a bit more mysterious and "cloak-and-dagger-like". Still, the logo itself looks good.

There should be three words coming down from each of the blades, and a central phrase in the center band. That would look cool.

The banner in the middle make it looks like a modern day special forces logo to me.
