And when needed to test, we change it to .esm?

We've got a lot of quests that aren't being developed; we've sent and posted the logs, outlines, and dialogue. I don't know if we just can't do quests properly or what but I'm pretty sure were close to the point that we can begin working on quests as a major priority

We have very few who can work with them.

Ok, I was out for lunch but now I'm back, and I have an idea. The following week, the mod will officially be on hiatus. After the 27th, I will take up the role as project/team coordinator, since I'll have more time + I've actually taken 2 years of team lead classes. This doesn't mean that I have a final say or "control" the project or anything, this just means that I will act as a hub for all the work input and result output. Tell me what you've done, what you finished, and what's still WIP(even if you've posted detailed progress in the thread. All important changes he wants to make to the development process of this project will still have to be approved by me. With that said, if you want to become or stay as a contributor of Luftahraan then please go over your previous posts on facepunch and collect a list of all the things you have done for this project and email it to him. I still say we need a major overhaul of the system, as opposed to this socialistic contribution system, but that's just my opinion.

I'm glad we're on the same page. It can only be greater from now on!
